Hi,
That is so strange! No one had this error before. Can you please redownload the package again? Maybe something was wrong when downloading or when unzipping the archive and then try again.
Please let me know if you still get the same error once you do that. Also if you’re still getting the same error let me know what’s your environment, operating system, node version and npm version.
Also, have you modified anything?
Hi Support, how do we change the dark color type in store/navbarConfig.js?

Hi,
After looking for some solutions on stackoverflow it seems a slow internet connection might cause this issue to some users.
Possible fixes would be:npm cache clean --forceOr:
npm cache verify
Or Delete package-lock.json.
Then try npm install again. Please let me know if that worked. Thanks!

Hi plese I have an issue with the template inputs when I type something it shows an error (this.formatter is not a function) the error comes from form-text.js
this is my facebook account if you want to discuss about it with more details since i cant send you the screenshots here
https://www.facebook.com/ismail.fathi.75Hi,
Thank you for reporting. We’re looking into the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.
Hi,
The issue was solved on our end.
Just update the following package:
npm install fmv-input-group-merge@1.1.1
For new installs it will update automatically from v1.1.0 since it’s a patch version update.
Thanks!
Hi, Thanks for solving the issue. I have a question why did you put the code of pages… in a seperate module (vue-huma, ui-huma) It is really really reallyyyy complicated to work with it this way cause the pages of the app just contain a component with its props and all the logic behind is found in vue-huma which makes coding and modifying anything really complicated, thats the only messed up thing about this template
Hi,
The workflow for customizing any page is very simple.
For example, let’s say you need to customize the courses page. You can customize the page like this:
Create a component in components/Courses.vue
The template part is optional, only if you need to customize the actual template, otherwise just use the script:
<template>
<!-- Copy and customize the page template from vendor/vue-luma/pages/student-courses.vue -->
</template>
<script>
import {
LumaStudentCoursesPage
} from 'vue-luma'
export default {
extends: LumaStudentCoursesPage
}
</script>
Here you can customize whatever you want.
Then, from pages/_layout/student-courses.vue you can swap the component from vendor with your own:
<script>
import LumaStudentCoursesPage from '~/components/Courses'
import {
// LumaStudentCoursesPage,
LibraryDrawer,
LibrarySidebar
} from 'vue-luma'
</script>
Let me know if there’s anything I can help with! Thank you.
Hi,
That’s what I do but my question is why do I have to go through this whole process knowing that you could have simply kept the pages inside the /pages folder rather than encapsulate them in vendor/vue-luma/pages/ this makes it hard to work with as it breaks the code everytime you need to copy a page code and put somewhere in components/ I have to also copy for example the routeTo mixin from vendor/mixins/routeTo and put it in the app mixins folder and so on and so forth for all the imports inside each page… this is really annoying at the end of the day
the thing is I still cant understand why you put the pages code in a seperate “environement” and just import each page again in the /pages folder of the root app why? Thanks!
Hi,
There’s an easier way you could edit the components:
From the terminal, go to the vendor/vue-luma folder and create a local npm link:
cd vendor/vue-lumaInstall dependencies:
npm installCreate a local link:
npm link
Then, from the root of the application (the main nuxt app), instruct npm to use the link:
npm link vue-lumaThen, from the same vendor/vue-luma folder you can run one of the two commands. To watch and recompile:
npm run watchOr to build:
npm run build
You may need to remove the cached .nuxt folder from the main nuxt app and restart the main nuxt app watcher before it picks up any changes in the vendor/vue-luma folder.
rm -rf .nuxt
npm run dev
Now you should be able to edit any .vue file in vendor/vue-luma and you have a way of watching/building the thing, which should reflect on the main app.
Hi there please I am having an issue for some reason when i type something on a form field it displays an error saying (this.formatter is not a function) why is that and btw I did not touch anything on the code
Hi,
Thank you for reporting. We’re looking into the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience.
Can you give me access on gitlab too? @moein.ak
Also I’m trying to manipulate the data of vendor/vue-luma/pages/student-courses.vue through pages/_layout/student-courses.vue
Looks like the popular data field is hardcoded in vue-luma
To be honest initially I was really excited about the great code but so far not a good start
Hi,
Access granted.
About the courses page, you can customize the page like this:
Create a component in components/Courses.vue
The template part is optional, only if you need to customize the actual template, otherwise just use the script:
<template>
<!-- Copy and customize the page template from vendor/vue-luma/pages/student-courses.vue -->
</template>
<script>

} from 'vue-luma'
export default {
extends: LumaStudentCoursesPage
}
</script>
Here you can customize whatever you want.
Then, from pages/_layout/student-courses.vue you can swap the component from vendor with your own:
<script>
import LumaStudentCoursesPage from '~/components/Courses'
import {
// LumaStudentCoursesPage,
LibraryDrawer,
LibrarySidebar
} from 'vue-luma'
</script>
Let me know if there’s anything I can help with! Thank you.
This works! Thanks a lot
