The code does not support Vuetify3 nor Vue. On reaching out to the author, I got a nasty response. The Vuetify3 template is available on the author's website and I was redirected to purchase from there. If the author does not prefer to do business on themeforest platform, then he should not put the product out there.
The product also is a rip off of mostly bootstrap style and does not embrace Vuetify nor Vue in true spirit.
There are better templates out there like HUD
