maybe I’ll have better luck here, a plugin required by the theme won’t install This theme: vc_gm_addons, I can’t find it elsewhere. Someone has a solution, I’ve sent 3 messages to no avail

We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. You can manually install the required plugin by following these steps:
- Download the plugin from this link: vc_gm_addons.zip.
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Navigate to “Plugins” in the left-hand menu.
- Click the “Add New” button at the top.
- Click the “Upload Plugin” button.
- Choose the downloaded
vc_gm_addons.zipfile from your computer. - Click the “Install Now” button.
- Once installed, click the “Activate” button.
The plugin should now be active on your site. If you encounter any issues during this process and also share your FTP credentials via our support channel, please feel free to reach out for further assistance.

Presales questions, what is your response timeframe? What is King pro editor that comes with the theme, as I never heard of it? Is the theme constantly maintained, and will you continue to maintain it in the coming 5 years? Your response will determine what the step for me to take? Note, some of these questions are based on personal experience dealing with some developers on here.

- We try as much as possible t retain a 0 to 48 hours response time on support tickets but this may vary depending on the number o tickets
- This is not included in the theme

Due to theme malfunctions, I have posted two tickets to support (first more than a week ago, the second two days ago). After more than a week no one has answered and the bugs have not been solved. Neither someone has answered. As is the theme is unusable. It doesn’ work. I already asked a refund but this seems to be a real robbery. Someone do want answer?

Currently, it is only Facebook, Twitter & g+. More, Twitter URL is also wrong by your default theme. Kindly help us to identify the file to change the options.

Is there anyone who knows how to even edit this theme? I’m on the Homepage and I can’t even see anything but the header, the caption and a button that I can edit. How do I even edit the rest of the homepage? Or change the header background?

Hello! Great theme but I can’t install properly it. Manually I have installed step by step all plugins and on WooCommerce and WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder I have white screen and can’t do anything more (no access to wp admin panel too).Fix it only deleting 2 plugins! How to change the default color of the theme. Default dull orange cannot go with all the companies same brand color.
How to update your theme?
Unfortunately, there isn’t such option. For updating your theme, please, open ‘Updates’ on your admin panel, there you will see the option of updating your theme ( http://prntscr.com/ikg90e ).
Worst theme I ever bought at Themeforest. It has its edition of broken pages on several other websites. I’m opening a complaint with Envato for the extreme low quality of this theme.

Please, first of all you check some of your server configurations with your host. Below is a list of items which are required for successful theme installation: You are running WordPress 4.6 or higher Your PHP version should be 5.6 or higher PHP configuration limits: max_execution_time 300 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_file_size 32M Also some 3d party plugins may cause the issue. Please try to deactivate them.
