hello, i would to know more about this template, im not an expert but how can one edit this template, on a hosting panel, like plesk?

The documentation that was provided was for wordpress while the template is purely just “Html” template . Thats some scam artist move . Pleas I need a refund

I think you confused HTML TEMPLATES with WORDPRESS THEME. HTML Sites are called TEMPLATES, and they DO NOT HAVE the WordPress Content Management System! They CANNOT be installed on a WordPress Site! They are edited using text editors!
