Hi is it possible to have a sticky media player on the site at all? One that stays at the bottom of the frame and doesnt reload on refresh or page change? Can this be done in theme and if not how can I do this? I thought this was possible when i bought the theme but seemingly not and i doubt a refund will happen so i need a solution for this issue.

You can try adding this feature using some 3rd party plugin, however, we cannot give you an exact recommendation since we haven’t tested such plugins with the theme.

For some strange reason, I am unable to log into my account to submit a support ticket. So, I will ask here. Unable to remove the Coming Soon page. Though, it is set to live, the Coming Soon page is still visible on front end. Tried on multiple devices with the same result. Please help!

How did you set up the coming soon page? Was it done using a plugin? Do you perhaps have a caching plugin installed? It’s possible that the cache is causing the issue and just needs to be cleared. Please try logging into our system again to submit a ticket, as that will allow us to resolve the issue more easily.

Hi there, I purchased this theme however the vertical slider demo content doesn’t show. I can see all the content there but when I view the page it is blank. All plugins have been installed and activated. Can you help?

This could be related to the swiper library. Try to disable the Swiper library upgrade option in Qi Addons for Elementor > Settings tab > General (please see screenshot).

You can add a TikTok icon, just as the Spotify icon in the footer. The Font Awesome icon library is updated in the newer version of the theme, and it includes the TikTok icon.

Any future plans to integrate WPBakery in there?
Apparently everyone follows the most non-efficient route so long as they’re told to follow, leading to software like Elementor to receiving unreasonable adaption.

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you need to purchase it separately.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
When a plugin is updated, we as the theme authors will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Thanks! If I want to display all tracks of a certain genre – can I set the order or is it by date or alphabetical only? I want to choose which ones are at the top of the list.
on the page you provided – if i play a track. ex: Blue Ghost, then scroll down and play the track – my-afro-beat-vol1 – both tracks play at the same time. is this fixable? Also – can you add volume controls to this player?

The “Tracks List” element will display tracks from an album selected in the settings (please see screenshot). Tre tracks are added in album settings as shown in screenshot and they are listed in the order they are added. There isn’t an option in the “Tracks List” element to order tracks differently.
There is an option to embed Spotify playlists as showcased here.
The second player is added with “Blog List” element (please see screenshot) and this blog post is showcasing embedded player from Mixcloud. Since the “Tracks List” element uses player by the theme and the blog post uses embedded player from a 3rd party platform, the audios cannot be excluded when played on both players.Adding volume controls to the audio player would require additional customization, but this falls out of our support scope.

To clarify on the interactive divided homepage the sections Band, tour, etc don’t click to those pages, it stays on the homepage. Is this just because its a demo. Can the the band, tour images when clicked go to those actual pages ?

Potential buyer here. Can you please tell me: If using the “Horizontal Showcase” home page, is it possible to maintain the horizontal scrolling direction when the page is viewed on mobile devices? When perusing the live preview page of this theme I notice that the horizontal scroll is active when the browser window is in a wide format, but when the window is reduced to a slimmer aspect ratio (emulating that of a mobile phone) the horizontal scroll goes away and the page scrolls vertically again. How can I do that and from where? The latest version on their site is 3.16.1 and didn’t find a place to get previous versions.
OK I rolled back to an old version which is 3.15.3 and it worked now for public users to view them. But you cannot edit anything as they don’t show up in the backend Elementor editor…
