Hi! Do you have an out of stock option for the theme? It’s really bad to see our out of stock prods on the store 
Also would be nice something for the prod pictures to have the same size, you can choose from aspect ratios but if you don’t have the same pic sizes it just messes up the whole look. Maybe use something as “contain” or “cover”
Hi, about out of stock, what do you want to do with that kind of product? Hide the product or add a notification?
About product pictures’ sizes, you can go to Theme Settings > product ard to choose 1 aspect ratio and all pictures will be the same size.
Hi! Yes, we want to hide the sold out products from the shop. We don’t need them to be seen in our collections.

Good to see that you’ve now added the option to use actual stock levels in the countdown – i was hoping that you would enable an option to only apply when a certain level is reached eg 10 or 20 – at the moment i have products that show 100+ etc, which defeats the object of a stock countdown (and also tells competitors too much info)

is there an email for Envato? as I need to complain about not being able to get support via the support portal, I bought 5 licences and yet when I enter these into the support section for Minimog it comes up as invalid instead its asking to email someone called Frank. Is anybody else having issues with this theme developer
also there are fake notifications in the Foxkit app which to my mind should not be there as it creating a lie to say that customers have just bought a product, that is not ethical. You cant show fake locations and made up customers to website visitors to suggest that these are real. I am surprised no one has mentioned this.

About fake notifications, if you don’t want to use it, you don’t need to turn it on. We are also building real notifications soon. Many people love this kind of feature because it will push sales for them. It’s normal in online sale boosting.

why is the banner menu image pointing to the right collection whereas the button and title below the banner menu image points to a random page and there is no way to differentiate the linking!!!!? even without setting a different link for the shop now button you would assume the banner image link and shop now button go to the same destination
