I tried running this theme out without any modifications and I got a bunch of compiler errors. This is not Angular 20 ready. Requested a refund.

very nice theme, but it has shortcomings, html, react has no performance, using materila angular was not good at all, I wish they used bootstrap, and if they used a screen desgin in html and reactjs, it would be much better. I wish you success.
