The website template to me seems useless without the images and when I requested the images I was told all the images used are premium and none is free. Moreover, the descriptions say that the images in preview are sourced from Pexels which is a royalty-free image provider, so I expected the images to be free. I am not sure if I was misled or I misunderstood and lost my money

Hi, we got your Montrix theme and like it a lot. For some reason when I download the files, the images in /img/core-img/ seem to be gray images instead of the example you have.
For example: http://xtscloud.com/img/core-img/banner.png
Can you let me know how to fix that?

Ok. Couple more questions – 1) Does pricing plan integrated with payment mechanism (e.g. credit card or other digital payment methods ?) If not , how much configuration I have to do to get it working ? 2) Does pricing has option to use other currency than dollar ? e.g. Indian rupees ? 3) How do we verify this pricing works from day one ? are there testing process 4) how does social links are configured ? ex. facebook, linked in etc icon that are shown in the template ? 5) How much support can you provide to get these 2 functionalities (payment and social ) working 100% post purchase ?

I’ve purchased your excellent design Montrix and also installed it. But when I open the website and try to see your hard work, I have the idea that something is missing.
www.plusgrowth.eu is where I uploaded the website. I’m not sure if I need to purchase the illustrations and graphics separately or that these are part of the package.
