I can’t seem to get this to work. I’ve installed the theme to wordpress. But when i go to apperance—> theme options and change things to what i want them to be nothing happens on the page.
For excample. When i go to the about section and type in a Name of ‘About’ Section and upload a Background image, I link it to the “about me” page i created. And click save.
But nothing happens… When i scroll down it says: “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria. Search for:”
And then the “call to action area”

Any chance of a refund because this template does not come close to doing what I need it to do. It’s great for an image based website, but all of my content is video based, so I can’t even get the portfolio to work the way I want it. I appreciate the work you’ve put in, it looks great but just not suited to what I need. I think you should make the features and limitations of the template more obvious before people part with their cash.

Download the theme and reinstall it. If you have made any changes, you will need to do it again, but all theme settings saved.
To find the code, go to the tab Downloads, find necessary item, click Download->License certificate & purchase code. Download the license and there will contain Item Purchase Code

Sure. You can select category for portfolio and count of post in Theme Options panel on Portfolio Section tab

Cool theme.
It seems the theme is hiding all checkboxes in the wp backend so we cannot tick/check anything; for example checking which pages to include in menus and turning on and off comment sections on posts.

I purchased the Mountain theme and wanted to choose the fullscreen-slider as header. Unfortunatly, there is only a empty grey page appearing.
Furthermore, is it possible to choose between the three different mountain images for “Fullscreen Image”, or is there just the black and white one?

You need to set a thumbnail for each post that you display in the slider.
For “Fullscreen Image” you need to upload an image in the options panel in Header->Background Image

thanks for the quick answer, but it´s not really solving my problem. Is there just 1 standard image for the ‘Fullscreen Image’ installed? I thought there are 3 images (clear sky, white mountains; snowy weather; black&white)
Can I find the other images in the downloaded folder?

hi, i realized that the video youtube background header takes very long to load on my website, sometimes it only show a white black background with music, is this normal? is there a way for it to load faster so that my clients don’t have to wait very long for the video to appear and missed it?

1) I can’t seem to get the website to scroll manually. I’m not sure if this is just on a Mac, but I’ve tested Safari, Chrome and Firefox and I cannot seem to scroll.
2) The services area, if you look at it, there are two which are out of place and I can’t seem to fix it
3) My portfolio section doesn’t seem to show right. I’ve created all the posts and categorized it under portfolio but it doesn’t show at all.
I really need help with the scrolling issue. Cannot do anything without scrolling. Please help me with it.

1. Open file style.css find line 28 and delete property overflow: hidden;
2. You need to specify a fixed height to the blocks. In file style.css on line add property height: 300px;
3. Make sure that you set the thumbnail posts and specify the type of post “Image”.
I’ve deleted the property overtflow:hidden; but it still doesn’t seem to scroll.
I’m not too familiar with CSS, but I assume its under the Services area. Where abouts do I add the fixed height to?
Another question that I have is that I can’t seem to edit the navigation menu items. Is there a way for me to do that? I don’t think its under Appearance > Menu or Widgets.
Make sure to save the modified file, because it is the right solution for the Mac.

“Whenever I choose the header layout for video, the homepage comes up fine with the video but the blog pages display the default header image, moving the content below the fold. For the header layout of image or slider, the bolg pages are fine, with just the regular navbar and no header image. Is this a familiar bug?”

Make sure you have the correct default settings for the thumbnails. Settings -> Media -> Thumbnail size 960×530.
You will need to download the image again or use the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails
