Can you check if we need an update as there are a lot of errors relating to the missing widget – example:

Guessing this is due to how PHP 8xx affects the array – as in by reverting the server back to PHP 7.4 then some of the errors do resolve, however I have had to rewrite the whole core.php file within /includes/ due to the incorrect parsing and consistent errors…
essentially, use Null Coalescing Operator:
$widgetType = $array[‘widgetType’] ?? ‘default_value’;
Maybe you need to look into this somewhat?

I bought your theme, but the home variants 7 and 8 (which are exactly what I’m interested in) weren’t loaded. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it doesn’t start the setup anymore and I have no way to import them. Can you please help me? Thanks! I need it urgently, I have to work on it.

Hi
I wonder if you can update the theme so that dropdown arrows are visible again in the main menu – since the update with the different pages (ie homepage 7&8) things have gone awry.
Dropdown arrows in menu are missing and when you install any of the demo’s from 1-6 at set-up; then demo 7&8 is missing and if you install demo 7 or 8, then demo’s 1-6 are missing.
It’s as if there are two separate installs – and one misses all the dropdown arrows on the menu.
A lot of your features do not work; for instance icon boxes etc – there is no option to change hover text colour etc and everything needs custom css which isn’t great. Half of the basic control settings appear to be missing!
Please can this be looked at – I have asked this previously.

Is it possible the elementor templates can be added to the download package so we can install the footer and header items and thus choose which we want to display on each page ourselves as currently, it is restricted to one header design throughout the whole site and again, it’s not great. Homepage with slider uses transparent menu however static pages do not – this theme stops such from being allowed. Even an option on each page to select a header / footer would be ideal and then we can build our own with elementor and assign them to suit.

Regarding the header and footer, it appears there was a misunderstanding. This feature is only available to Elementor Pro users, and we provide a free version that does not include this feature. So we did’t added it. But our team is working on this and will make it available in our next update. We will add pre-built header/footers for Elementor Pro users so you can edit them easily. Please mention this in your ticket so our team can set it up directly on your site.

For the Elementor Pro feature, our theme is fully compatible with Elementor Pro template. There may be some feature we are not providing like you cannot edit header/footer via Elementor Pro because we are providing header/footer options via our own options panel.

I think I need a refund. Item footer edit doesnt seem to work or I cant find it. I read through these posts and its saying you may need WPBakery? Elementor doesnt work? Which is it. I have spent too much time working on this site only to find out these issues.

Sorry for the trouble. Actually the header/footer editor in Elementor is part of Pro plugin and we are providing free plugin so this is currently not available. But we are providing options to changee most of the things like menu, header button title, button link, logo etc.

Sorry for the problem. This is very easy. But please note that the Sevices page list is hidden by default.
- Just go to Appearance > Menus section.
- Then click on the Screen options tab in the top right corner.
- Then check the Service checkbox.
- Now you would see the Service box in the Add Menu Items list on the page.
- Now you can add any Service in the menu.

Just letting you know of a couple of issues I’ve noticed whilst installing the theme in case you aren’t aware.
1. When you import all the settings – ie everything, depending on which theme you pick, depends what is installed. So if you install demo 1-7 then only demo homepage 1-7 are actually installed and homepage 7 & 8 is missing. If you install demo 7 or 8 then demo homepage 1-7 are missing. Surely on each instance of install, all homepage demo’s get installed and not just 7 or 2?
2. Wocommerce is shown on your demo, clearly with customisations. Woocommerce is not included in the installation element – in demo’s with woo, it is not part of installable files – can you add this to the theme please?
Regards point 2, missing Woo – can you clarify is it safe to just install it or do we need you to add customised files?

Also, is it possible that instead of just allowing icons that we can add an image or svg in the service icon part (MoversCO Service Icon) – found within service -> individual service -> icon.

Just letting you know of a couple of issues I’ve noticed whilst installing the theme in case you aren’t aware.
1. For the missing homepages, yes you are right. I will inform this to my team and will update it. There may be any blockage to do this but I will check it and will do it.
2. For WooCommerce, there are some reasons for it. There are some users who asking for removal of WooCommerce data and plugin because they don’t want the e-commerce feature. So we removed the plugin. But I will discuss with my team and will add it again (may be with an option to enable or not).
3. For service icons, yes you are right. We will add an option to set any other image or custom svg icon. Meanwhile, we can provide you CSS code to override the icon via css. Please create a ticket on our support site so our team will provide you CSS code. Also our team will provide you CSS to change color too (depends on the svg file structure). Make sure you send us your icon in SVG or image format so we can provide you proper css code.

I am having difficulties with the title header section. If the title height is set it is not responsive. For example the title height is set at 600px but that is also fixed on mobile. Is there a better way to do this?

—There are 8 predefined color and also a color picker. So you can select any color you want.
Is the theme compatible with elementor?
—Actually our theme is compatible with Elementor but we creates some special elements with WPBakery Page Builder. So you will get some special elements if you use WPBakery Page Builder plugin. There will be no special element for Elementor plugin.
Do we get Header and Footer builder or need to work from default provided ?
—We are not providing Header and Footer builder. We created 6 header styles. But there are options to change options like add or remove social and change/remove some texts, buttons and links.

Actually our theme support partical RTL. Let me explain.
The Row and Columns are RTL supported. Also the text alignment is also RTL supported. But some special design elements like homepage content blocks are not RTL supported. Also the header style is not also fully RTL supported. Example, the logo will be at left position even if you enable RTL language.
We are working on it and it will be available in 1 or 2 weeks.

Does this theme has elementor page builder support?
