I’m trying to use the free version of your theme, but it’s not possible. If i cannot use it for free, why download it? i will not buy your theme because you are using this system as a special fraud method. The framework may be the older version but I should be able to use it incorrectly or not. If i can’t use it, why did you distribute it for free? 1.3 version download on wordpress, downloaded package name is 1.3 but package content 1.2 It is terrible.

We never distribute an error version to users, even if it is free.The old version is no longer suitable because currently Revolution Slider, WPBakery Page Builder Plugins, WordPress and woocommerce have updated to the new version. We have also updated the theme to be compatible with WP version 5.0 & Woocommerce 3.5.3, updated Revolution Slider, WPBakery Page Builder Plugins. Hi. 1) We installed theme, but updates on layout (like header, remove social media icons, change header type…) do not apply. 2) We signed up on http://support.g5plus.net/ with our key, which is fine; but when we try to create a new topic when submitting it goes to 404

can not install Mowasalat Framework
I have the following problem. When I install the template I do not upgrade the Mowasalat Framework to 1.3. You do not see the G5theme tab then you will not let me install the demo. In the documentation says that there are 8 folders inside the template in the zip, but only 7 come, the folder is missing theme-pluggins. I need your help to solve this problem please. I can solve the problem. Find g5plus-framework.php inside your wp-content/plugins. Open it. Then find number 1.2, change it into 1.3. Done. You should be able to activate it.

when I choose to register it takes me to wordpress i don’t know the user/password. When I purchased the theme I had an issue with doing that as well. Also the skype contact is not answering my messages.

i can update now but after updating, the upadate required is still there, moreover, on appearance > customization page> published / save button is not working
