I want to locate the site color RGB, image sizes for logos and graphics, and typography info such as font names and styles. Where can I find this info? Also it says that a license for demo images can be purchased. How can you do that?

1) Just import the demo data from Dashboard > Multihost > General > Import Dummy Data ( Top right corner) and you will get all the content and placehold images. From that you can check all the font size, typography, etc.
2) Check the attached text file for the purchase link of real property theme.

I got some issue on mobile view testing. When I use ‘PageSpeed Insights’ to test this theme I get less score on mobile user experience. As result Google recommend for me to fix the tap issue as showing below:

But i have another problem, looks like that if i digit the domain name without /wp the website does not appear. Make sure you have installed the theme correctly. Try to re-install the theme using the following steps,
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

1) You can rename the dt_portfolios by following the below method.
i) Please get into your theme directory at wp-folder -> wp-content -> plugins -> designthemes-core-features -> custom-post-types -> dt-portfolio-post-type.php” and find Line.No: 98.
Then replace the code ‘rewrite’ => true, thereby with the following one as shown below,
'rewrite' => array( 'slug' => 'custom_url' ),
ii) Now go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Click Save Changes twice. This is to flush the permalinks.
2) No you cannot limit the portfolio items. Just upload the required images to each portfolio items.

is this the answer creating page to http://www.yourdomain.com/testpage/?? What this has to do with my site issue? I sent you the login I expected you to login into my site and reproduce the errors. That is kind of support I would expect from you.
Again these are two issues:

You can find 2 zip files like dummy-layerslider.zip, dummy-revolutionslider.zip which are the slider export files. Import the layerslider file from Dashboard > Layerslider WP > Import. Similarly import Revolution slider file with Dashboard > Revolution slider > Import.

I updated the theme and I lost customization on my child theme for the 2nd time which is very annoying. (I have reported this a few months ago) Fortunately, I have a backup. However, When I tried to restore settings I get this error:
