The theme install failed in wordpress with a CSS trouble indicator, so I installed the theme and plugins (and plugin demos) through FTP. How do I install your demo content through FTP? I cannot see what filed to upload through FTP. Thanks.

1) Add new fonts
a) Add the otf, eot,woff and ttf files to the fonts folder
b) Call the fonts in the css file font-awesome.min.css
c) Add your font to wp-content/themes/multihost/framework/google_fonts.php
d) Now you can have the font listed in the buddha panel -> appearance section.
2) For which section you need to change the font size, send us the page link from our demo.

Having trouble installing plugins required by the theme.. I am using the ones provided in the framework/plugins folder; but, every time I try activating one of them, it seems to blank out/crash my wordpress admin panel. I can only revive by going back, or if it gets too bad, by removing the plugins from the wp-content/plugin folder..

1) I’m not able to edit any element on the pages! I can clone, delete, but not editing. When I click the edit ‘pencil’ icon nothing happens.
2) I’m using child theme but when I update the theme all my customization changes are disappeared. This is including logo, color, fonts etc..Why?

2) If you update the theme, you will loose the custom changes that you have done in code and not the settings that you have done in theme options.

The issue has been resolved. The problem was with the plugin “WordPress SEO Premium plugin” We have deactivated it and the issue is resolved.
Thank you. Is this means your theme is incompatible with Yoast – WordPress SEO Premium plugin? Because Yoast plugin it’s important for me for SEO purpose. Could you please find out what caused and fix it? All my other themes on other sites works fine with Yoast SEO plugin.

1) How do I enable zoom in/out capable on mobile? I want the user to have the options to pinch zoom on mobile.
2) using Firefox responsive view, the menu does not show the dropdown in desktop when you first load in mobile view, and then enlarge the browser width to desktop. can you solve this?

I have updated the theme by doing 2 things, 1) rename the core plugin folder and reinstalled it from dashboard. 2) replace the theme folder with the new updates. I was using child theme and my own css.
Now I have many broken html like, no menu dropdown, footer not appearing, missing, broken carousels, etc

Do not rename the core plugin, just remove that plugin folder that you have renamed. There should be only one plugin folder.

I am having vertical bars and double vertical scroll bars also. I also have problems with the settings in the theme CP cause they won’t save until I press it like 10 times, then it will say Changes Saved. I got a quick MySQL, so I don’t think it’s the database. And the Select A Style always pops up for customers, not even admins of WP. There needs to be a setting to remove that whole feature on there, because I would like a set color scheme for the site/company. I already sent my info to DesignThemes, but got no reply yet.

We have fixed the scroll bar issue. Also regarding the style picker, you have already removed it. For your information, you can disable it from Dashboard > Multihost > General > Others > Disable Style Picker. Also the buddha panel options are working fine. We tried to save the options and it is working fine. Please have a look.
