I have have been a customer on themeforest and their associate sites for many years. This is the first time I had to leave a bad review. I gave them 1 star and even this is more than they deserve. Looks good but a load of rubbish in reality.

Yes, Our theme supports RTL languages. And it supports multi-languages, in default, our theme comes with English language, you need to translate the theme in to your language.
If you are running a single language site other than English. Say for example if you are running Arabic site only. Also in Dashboard > Settings, you need to change the site language to Arabic.
Or, If you are running a multi language site, you need to install the wpml plugin.
WPML plugin is not included with our theme package you need to buy it separately, our theme supports WPML plugin.
As of now we do not have the demo request for this theme.

Hi there. I had built a page with the dt page builder and finished it. I was deleted some modules from the dt page builder by accident on that page. I used wordpresses revision function to restore the missing modules. The problem is that the missing modules are now inserted as shortcode into VC and not on the the page builder. Is there anyway I can get the shortcode in vc Back into the dt page buidlder? This is on a local host xampp

Sorry for the inconvenience, for the purpose of demo content import we have removed the importer option from the Buddha Panel. Instead of that option we have used “Unyson”plugin to import the demo contents.
After Install and activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins, deactivate all the external Plugins other than the theme recommended Plugins.
Note: Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

Kindly note we have used unyson plugin only for demo content import not for the other addons if you use them (Brizy , page builder, WordPress Shortcodes, Sliders, Events and so on) it will affect the core builder files and Visual Composer modules.
So kindly deactivate all other extension from unyson and deactivate the plugin after import the demo content.
If you found any difficulties to import demo content, Kindly, mail us your site credentials. So that, we can check and import the dummy data for you.

I have quite a few problems and questions that I cant find the answer to.
1) How do I remove the annoying “Select Your Style” on the front page? I dont want my visitors to select anything.
2) I have issues updating the plugins, especially layerslider. They dont activate and I keep getting the notice that they dont work.
3) I want to be able to use some of the elements from this version: http://wedesignthemes.com/html/multihost/index-v4.html on my front page. But I need to find out how to take some of those elements.
4) What version of WHMCS is this template compatible with?
5) Can I remove WP Bakery somehow? Its too much and too confusing. I love your template but there are too many things to edit. I prefer pure html/css as its very clear. Is it possible somehow to get to that? And just the shortcodes for adding the elements that I want.
6) How do I remove the splash screen? I dont want it.
7) I need some help to make the front page, do you offer quick support to add/remove some of the elements? Its impossible to figure out the shortcodes as there are tons of them.

But the message does not go away when the content is updated. It keeps showing. I understand support has expired for me but (not trying to be rude here) I’m not paying for something that should be working from the start and/or at least should be documented to know how to solve since – it looks like – a general issue.
I have searched for answers and everything I saw as “please email the credentials, and we will take a look to fix” or something. Or delete the plugin folder which doesn’t resolve the problem either. So, I kindly ask you to provide a troubleshoot tutorial with all the possible solutions to fix this recurrent issue or somehow create a patch to fix it automatically in the next version. It’s been 3 years and the issue is still present guys.

The last version is installed. The issue just went away without doing anything. It’s strange because I even tried to change the browser and clear the cache and cookies in the latest version and it was still happening. Anyway, it’s OK now and that’s what matters. Thanks anyway for your response.
