Hi, after updating WP version to 5.3.2, PHP to 7.4 and Nadea to latest everything broke. Tried older PHP versions and updating plugins but still broke. All content is shown as VC shortcodes and code

Some of the elements in visual builder does not work properly. Example: “single image” that should have the option of a link (i’ve typed link and defined that it should open in seperate window) does not work. When clicking the image on live webpage, nothing happens.

And should anyone want to use this page as a one-pager with anchor links, this template is not made for this, according to the developers. I’ve noted that the template has the anchor option and works as such, but it is not possible to use additional menus for sub-pages such as blog pages.

I’ve contacted the developing team about several problems with the template, but so far I’ve found that the response time is VERY slow, not all mails get responded to, and so far, none of the problems I’ve asked about has been solved.

Same issue as ProctorCars – The drag and drop function of Visual Composer appears to be disabled.

Can you assist please?

When i share any link of the website, Facebook doesn’t shows the link thumbnail. I’ve tried adding OG, adding meta in header.php, plugins and nothing. Thank you so much for your help.

In addition to the issues explained above, I can see that all icons from Pixiden Icons appear, when I type in the name and publish element. Ex: pe-7s-rocket

I’m expiriencing some problems with the theme. It seems like it is not possible to make padding in full width rows, I’ve tried typing % (as directed in the theme when editing) and px. So far I’ve found no solution. In addition to this, when I’ve typed in the % and save, and I re-open the styling in visual builder, the % I’ve typed in doesn’t appear.

I had a question regarding the Nadea Options\Styling\Custom CSS feature of the theme. Currently, when I go to the Custom CSS in the Wordpress dashboard, there is no box to input custom CSS as shown in the documention.

I would like to make the #page-title height smaller, and see that this can be done directly in the main-style.css. I would prefer not to touch any of the css files, and would like to use the styling override feature in the Custom CSS.

Do you know why the Custom CSS input box may not be displaying in the Wordpress Admin? Or…should I just edit the main-style.css directly to make this update?
