Hi,
I am using Stripe as the payment method. For this, I have installed the “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce” plugin.
Additionally, to enhance the payment method experience, I have installed the “CheckoutWC” plugin.
However, it appears there is a compatibility issue between your theme and this plugin. While these plugins work seamlessly on a default WordPress theme, they show an issue at the credit card entry point on NEST.
Can you provide a fix to resolve the incompatibility with this plugin?

Hi,
Clif, the developer of the CheckoutWC plugin, helped me with this issue. After his review, he wrote the following note:
“Your theme is trying to move the payment information on the checkout page, resulting in the payment info being output twice (once hidden).”
As a solution, he suggested using this code:
remove_action(‘woocommerce_checkout_before_customer_details’, ‘woocommerce_checkout_payment’, 10);
Implementing this code resolved the issue when I activated the plugin.

customers can’t cancel orders on their own ? customers can’t edit orders on their own? customers can’t see easily reorder any previous order? please update theme issue….........

In WooCommerce, the default functionality doesn’t offer customers the ability to cancel or edit orders on their own after they’ve been placed. Additionally, reordering previous orders isn’t directly built into WooCommerce, but again, there are plugins that can add this feature, making it easier for customers to reorder items they’ve purchased before.

I think you are using block checkout page on block checkout the some option will not show so please follow this documentation -> https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/shortcodes/ -> change the checkout page and cart page to default one.

there’s a issue on Product Carousel V1, it doesn’t show the Out of stock products i want to show only out of stock products on the Carousel but doesn;t work it shows all products no matter what you select.

We didn’t optimized our demo site. You need to optiomize the site by following these steps it will help you to improve your page score.
1. Choose a Good Hosting Provider: – Opt for a reputable hosting provider that offers good server performance and speed. Shared hosting might be economical, but it can lead to slower loading times.
2. Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN): – CDNs distribute your website’s static files (images, stylesheets, scripts) across multiple servers worldwide, reducing the geographic distance between the server and the user’s browser.
3. Optimize Images: – Use compressed images to reduce file sizes without compromising quality. WordPress plugins like Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer can automatically compress and optimize your images.

Hi! We’re having problems with the template. Once inputted in Elementor, it won’t work it keeps saying there’s an error. This only happened after the update. It wasn’t like this before. Before with the old version it worked fine, but with the two recent updates, it stopped working. Please help.

1) Check nestaddons pluign is updated or not.
2) In last two update we didn’t changed or fixed any function. So please deactivate the plugin one by one and check it except -> Elementor , Woocommerce and Nest addons.

One of my clients has purchased the Nest – Grocery Store WooCommerce WordPress Theme. The website itself has been completely built. But I have received a special request from my client. That is, as if you want to hide the add to cart button only for a special category. I used a custom php script for this but it did not change. If possible, give me a script that can be used for this.

Hi, We’re having troubles with your template. Here https://stg-casaperris-test.kinsta.cloud/ we have the template installed without other plugins that can generate incompatibilities. We only installed Woo, Nest Addons and Elementor here.
The problems are:
1) We translated this CTA “browse all categories” to Spanish. It works fine in the top of the page but not in the sticky menu that appears afterwards. We think it is a bug from the template because all the strings are translated https://snipboard.io/hNy2Gz.jpg
