I’ve just paid for and downloaded the Neuron theme. All the images aren’t actually images… they are blank white slates with the resolution printed in the center. huh?
This is a HTML template. We cannot distribute the images shown in our demo site with the download package. But if you message us from our profile page, we can send you our demo site.

Add the video tag mentioned above in the index.html inside the div with class “rs-main-slider”. Hope this will work.

Hi I cannot find the zip file to upload the theme

I did download it and there is no zip file in that
After clicking “Download” button, select “All files & documentation” option from the list. It will download the zip file.
I’ve already done it 3 times, and there is no zip file in it

I managed to download the zip file using Chrome (beware I could not do it using Safari).
However, when I tried to upload the zip file I did not manage to complete the installation due to the following issue:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Hi author, I purchased the template Neuron – Machine Learning & AI Startups HTML Template. I am bit disappointed to see the background color is not showing up when i used. its showing grey colour.. Can you help on this quickly?

The grey background is a placeholder image, you can replace it with anything you like from here ”/images/slider/h1-s1.jpg”.
We will include those backgrounds in our next update. In the meantime you can download from this url: https://demo.auburnforest.com/html/neuron/download/images.zip
You will find 4 folders in this zip file. Just upload these inside /images/ directory.

i didn’t see the background and the images for home 3. also, didn’t see the images for all the thee home pages (home 1, home 2 and home 3). can you able to share these please?
We did not create those graphics, so cannot include with the template. But you can download these by yourself from here: https://pngtree.com/so/artificial
Background images for home 1 and 2 are inside /images/slider/ folder. For home 3 it is here /images/banner/home3banner.jpg

We updated the template with missing backgrounds. Download the latest version.

This is just an example how you can showcase your machine learning services. We added placeholder image there. Just replace it with your own image.
We already stated in the template description, “All images are just used for Preview Purpose Only. They are not part of the template and NOT included in the final purchase files.”
