I’m experiencing repeated 500 Internal Server Errors on my website, and after many tests I still cannot identify the cause. Here’s a summary of what I’ve done:
Steps I’ve Taken
Checked PHP error logs
The log shows: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted in /wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2322.
This happens several times per day, especially when editing pages.
Tested plugin conflicts
In multiple tests, I disabled plugins one by one.
At first, the error seemed to stop when a specific plugin was disabled… but after 20–30 minutes, the 500 error came back.
This happened several times with different plugins, so it doesn’t seem related to just one.
Final test – only Elementor + Odefy active
I disabled all plugins except Elementor.
The 500 error still happens, which suggests the issue could be related to Odefy + Elementor or something deeper in the theme.
Checked database usage
Used Autoload Checker and Query Monitor to analyze options and queries.
Autoload data is very small (≈300 KB total).
Query Monitor shows that WordPress runs a very large database query before the crash, but I cannot see what triggers it.
Hosting and memory
My hosting confirmed my PHP memory limit is 768 MB.
Even with this amount, editing content with Elementor quickly reaches the memory limit and causes the crash.

Thank you for the detailed description. The error you are facing is related to PHP memory exhaustion, not directly to the theme itself. Elementor can be very resource-intensive, especially when editing larger pages, and this quickly consumes available memory. Moreover, this is not connected to the theme, since you already disabled all of our theme plugins — which actually provide the full functionality. Without these plugins, the theme itself is absolutely default.
1.Increase PHP memory limit – even though your hosting shows 768MB, we suggest asking them to raise it to at least 1024MB if possible. Please note that if you are on shared hosting, increasing the PHP memory limit does not guarantee that all these resources are allocated exclusively to your website. Other websites on the same server may also consume significant resources, which can still cause crashes.
2.Check Elementor system requirements – make sure your server matches the official Elementor requirements.
3. Enable debugging – please enable WP_DEBUG and check /wp-content/debug.log for exact queries that trigger the crash.
4.Database optimization – sometimes a heavy query comes from 3rd party plugins or old data. Running database optimization may help.
5.Test on another hosting/server – if possible, migrate a copy of the site to a different hosting environment to confirm whether the issue is related to server limitations.

Hi, My support period has expired but I have to ask. When we checked after experiencing extreme slowness on our website, we noticed that the postmeta table in the database was 550MB in size. Can you please provide your general server requirements for this theme? Could you please explain why we see such a file size? What exactly is the problem? The theme itself doesn’t generate such a large postmeta table. This usually happens when certain plugins store excessive data there — for example, page builders, caching, or SEO plugins keeping revision history, analytics, or custom fields.
We recommend checking which plugin is adding the most entries to postmeta and cleaning unnecessary data. You can use tools like WP-Optimize or a database management plugin to reduce the table size.
General server requirements for the theme are the standard WordPress recommendations: PHP 7.4+ (or PHP 8+), MySQL 5.6+ or MariaDB 10+, 256MB+ PHP memory limit.
There are numerous issues with your theme; it took us several months just to figure out what was happening. We built it for our client, and unsurprisingly, they requested a refund because the theme had SO MANY PROBLEMS! We attempted to fix it ourselves, but it’s a ridiculous theme!

I did that and I have gotten no reply. Its sad due to the fact that I actually like the front end of the theme a lot however the backend is just unusable today let along in the future.

You need to update the theme and WGL extension.

Thanks for your kind reply, both theme and bundled plugins have been update to lastest version (several times) and website still crushes after that, it only works again if WLG extensions is deactivated, and then half of my website appearance changes.
I managed to update theme and then updating WLG plugin no crashing my websitre. For a moment the old and new version of the plugin were shown in WP / Plugins, I had to delete the old one and keep the new one. It seems to work ok now but Ill be checking during the day. I will let you know if further problems arises

Hey, very cool theme — love some of the interactive features and strongly considering it for a new project. Before I do, I noticed there were a couple of strange things happening. 1. When navigating over certain sections, the mouse cursor disappears. You can see this most clearly if you click the ‘live preview’ button on Themeforest and then hover over one of the demo sites. 2. There seems to be a strange delay that happens when switching between pages on the site. There is a delay before anything happens, and then it loads. For reference, I’m using the latest version of Safari to view this. Thanks.
