Hi, I liked this Theme, so I purchased it. Unfortunately after installing it I get this message: “There has been a critical error on this website. second - I’m having difficulties while creating child theme of OMNIA theme. I created following standard child theme files:

I have tried to contact you via your own support system, it says that I have a license, however posting a new forum post is not possible (it asks me to validate again). Username: nodots.
A few weeks ago I tried updating my clients Omnia theme (http://www.dotsdev.nl/artistic/), on the homepage however, the recent news on the homepage is not showing the pictures. The alt inside stays emtpy.
How can I fix this problem?

Hi there, I’ve started editing the theme from demo, so far so good, really good looking theme, thank you.
I can’t seem to find how to edit the images underneath “Latest Projects” (I believe it’s called portfolio carousel if I’m not mistaken) of the following page:

Love the Omnia theme and about ready to launch my site. Having trouble with the body font appearing in Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc. It works fine in Safari but just looks like Times Roman in most browsers. Happens in the toolbar and the body copy. OK, I am VERY frustrated here. I’ve documented ALL the steps that YOU have told me to to and it has made things WORSE. I don;t know how much clearer i can make this, but I will try.
Please answer my questions fully, I’ve gotten partial answers from your team, and some of them have never been addressed, others have caused disastrous results.
1. FIRST, I’m hosting my wordpress site on MY OWN provider.I’ve asked you this question before and you still haven’t answered it. When you say send us your site info, are you asking for access to my website through my provider (bluehost) or is there a way for you to access it without having to go through my website host?
2. My mail form still isn’t working, and you haven’t answered that question I posted on the thread, WITH PICS.
3. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT—The masonry grid (hoover) portfolio section was not displaying categories so YOU told me in an email to DEACTIVATE the plug in, DELETE the PLUG IN, the RE-INSTALL the plug in ESS Grid. AFTER this happened, THE PORTFOLIO DOESN’T WORK AT ALL. THIS IS WHAT IS DISPLAYING:

LATEST – Somehow, without me having to do ANYTHING at all, my portfolio is now displaying this.

And what happened is related to what YOU or one of your support people asked me to do. YOU asked me to delete Ess Grid and re-install, and I DID that and now I can’t POST ANY NEW portfolio pages. I can cerated them, they’re there in the dashboard, but they don;t show up on the live site
and is anyone going to help me on the contact form?
I’m sorry if my frustration is showing, but there seems to be a language barrier here. I just want to fix these two issues. The contact for should be a simple enough fix, but I haven;t gotten any concrete help in fixing this. and the Ess Grid is now a debacle, and has made it impossible for me to add to my site.

I got two support emails regarding my two issues, and unfortunately there was no change with your advice. I will address each below and hope we can resolve.
1. I followed the directions and re-installed ESs Grid plug in, with the exact same results, no filtering at all , just ALL and “sort by date”
2. I’m not understanding something on this contact form. I got a screenshot, I followed it as best as I could, this is what I have it configured at now, and its not working at all.

Hello, First I am very impressed with this theme and I am almost finished customizing it.
If you could please bear with me for a few questions, I’ll be completely done. The first two are critical. the others would be nice to have and to figure out how to customize as I have been scratching my head how to do it. I’ve been through all the pages and can’t figure it out.
1. Contact form. All I get from the contact form when sending a message to my personal email client is:
From: [your-subject]
and the body of the message is this.
From: [your-name] <[your-email]> Subject: [your-subject]
Message Body: [your-message]
— This e-mail was sent from a contact form on WP OMNIA (http://demo.cmssuperheroes.com/Wordpress/wp-omnia)
Its very important that I get this up and working so I can have people contact me as needed.
2. The masonry issue form before. I got your email, I went to the essential grid and all the categories are there but still the ONLY thing that shows up is ALL in a box with no there options when you click on it and a drop down menu that has sort by date.There’s nothing else even though there are multiple categories listed under —portfolio categories -- in the essential grid settings.
3. on the home page how do you edit the client carousel and the latest news with new posts and content? I don’t see how to do this.
Other that that, the theme is wonderful.
If you could help me with these issues a novice is having, I would be eternally grateful.

Hello, I’m really liking your theme. I’m new to this so be kind. A couple of questions. One, how do I edit the footer on the theme. Right now its the Omnia, with all of the information and links, etc… Two, in the masonry Portfolio, I know there’s a way to sort through tags, but right now I don;t know how to activate it, all it says now is “ALL” and “Sort by date” Also, how do I change in the header the social links? Also, While I’ve got you here, how do I edit the background image and greek copy and the VERY top of the ABOUT US page. I don’t see a way to edit on the page.
