Hello,

I have a roblem on my website: www.bibikovna.com The slide does not defile, plus it does not is displayed on mobile Thank you for your help

Hey marianneweb,

Thanks for purchasing the theme. Have you changed any of the files in theme? The reason I ask is that the demo seems to be working just fine and I’ve haven’t had this issue arise before. If you have you’ll just need to replace the file that you’ve changed with a copy of the original code.

If you haven’t create me as with a user account and I can take a look and see what’s going on as it’s a unique case.

Simon

Thanks, i send you a mail with the code.

I was wondering the same thing as Zellerhaus. Is it possible to post a video on the homepage landing instead of a slider? I was hoping to use a vimeo embed if possible.

Hey gsimoes7,

Thanks for purchasing the theme. It would take a little bit of custom coding but it is doable. If you want me to give you a quote on this change email me at themes@sdjentertainment.com and I’ll get back to you.

Good day,

I’m planning to purchase your theme, I’d just like to ask first if I will be able to set the homepage with just the image slider and navigation once I set up the theme on spotify?

Hoping to get a reply soon. Thank you!

The slider bullet are broken out of the box. To fix it, you need to change the data-slider attributes to “myCarousel”.

Also all the slider index’s are wrong after the second slider.

Luckily I’m a developer and was able to quickly spot the errors, but I hope you guys have fixed it since then.

Hey hellojebus,

Thanks for the heads up and glad you got it worked out. We’ve fixed the issue and have submitted an update to ThemeForest.

Thanks, Simon

Hi i have just purchased this theme and FAILED uploading to Shopify. all i did was just download the whole ZIP FOLDER to desktop and uploaded it to shopify. reply asap as i need to publish the website.thanks

i receive below error.

There was 1 error: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”, missing template “templates/index.liquid”, missing template “templates/collection.liquid”, missing template “templates/product.liquid”, missing template “templates/page.liquid”, missing template “templates/cart.liquid”, and missing template “templates/blog.liquid”

Hey yeeboontan,

That error usually occurs when you’re uploading the wrong zip file. Once you get the file from ThemeForest, unzip it. Then inside that folder you should see a one.zip and a help folder. It’s this one.zip folder you want to upload.

Hope that helps.

Ive recently purchased your item thinking it was a wordpress theme, but later actually realizing its not. Since i had no choice, I tried using shopify instead of wordpress. When i tried to install the theme into shopify, this came up: There was 1 error: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”, missing template “templates/index.liquid”, missing template “templates/collection.liquid”, missing template “templates/product.liquid”, missing template “templates/page.liquid”, missing template “templates/cart.liquid”, and missing template “templates/blog.liquid”

Great theme and fairly easy to work with. Issue I’ve encountered is the fonts showing up as white on the blog section for the links to each post. Then the blog posts themselves are white, unless I manually change their color to black (or whatever else) while I’m composing. URL https://saab-auto-detailing.myshopify.com/. I’ve asked Shopify support for assistance but they refered me back to you guys since they couldn’t figure it out in the theme customizer.

Hey rmagall,

Just sent you an email.

Could you please help me? I’m getting extremely frustrated with trying to make my shop appear like it does in the demo of the template I bought from you. There isn’t any options to have it look like yours.

Here’s your demo and my “shop” looking nothing like it… http://imgur.com/a/rHW4E

Hey Gosch84,

If your talking about the sidebar on the collections page, you’ll have to add that setting through your admin panel. In your admin go Themes – Customize theme. From there you will have all the options to customize your theme including adding in sidebars, etc.

Hope that helps.

Cheers, Simon

Hi there,

I’m looking to purchase this theme for my website throwboy.com. Is it possible to change the header to be a repeatable image instead of just a custom color? If you see my current website you’ll see how my header has this repeatable wood wall image. Also, Is it possible to make the header not fade away when you scroll all the way to the top? I’d like it to just remain there and be floating.

Love the theme and mobile version!

Hey throwboy,

Thanks for the interest in the theme. To get those two changes up and running would require a little bit of custom HTML/CSS but is fairly doable. If you move forward with one of my themes I can help you out with those change and get you up and running.

Cheers, Simon

One more question, how can I add a signup form on both homepage and checkout? Thanks.

Hey Magler,

If you’re looking for a MailChimp form there is one built into the theme. Just select it as an option through the theme settings section of your admin. If you want to collect emails in the checkout you’ll have to select that option in the admin panel under customers, then use an app like https://apps.shopify.com/chimpified to hook things up to MailChimp.

Hope that helps.

Cheers, Simon

Hi, thanks for this beautiful design. I just have a question about product pages. Is it possible to make product pictures bigger and horizontal? Thanks for response

Hey Magler1,

Yes it is but it would require a bit of custom HTML/CSS to accomplish it. You would have to make the changes to the product.liquid template.

Text does not appear in search input field for search page: http://one-theme.myshopify.com/search

I fixed my site with giving .form-control a height:auto; replacing the height:34px;

Hey sbcarlos,

I’m not sure I follow you on this one. The functionality of the search form should be the place holder of “Search our store” should be visible until the user starts typing what it is they are searching for.

If you can send me an example I’d be more than happy to check it out for you.

Hi! love the theme. What about centering the logo and the navigation bar?

Glad you loving the theme nayvogel.

If you’re familiar with HTML and CSS you could switch it around to be centered but as of right now there is no options for this. I’ve added it to the list of request for future updates.

Hope that helps and all the best with the site.

How do I Individual and customizable sidebar on Collections, Blog and Content pages??? I dont see it i documention help section.

Great work by the way.

Hey sbcarlos,

Thanks, I’ll double check the help section but for the time being you can adjust the collections, blog and content pages through the theme settings in your admin panel under each respected area.

Hope that helps

Simon

Yes found it. Thank you. Yea looks like the help section has it listed in the table contents but it doesnt link to it. But its all good. Great work by the way.

Hi What is updated in the update thanks and will it overwrite the changes i have made to the current theme? thanks

Hey clarifiance,

The only thing that got updated was adding in the use of variant images http://docs.shopify.com/manual/your-store/products/variant-images

If you want to utilize this feature all you have to do is replace the product.liquid file and you’ll be all set. If you updated the whole theme, you will loose your previous edits. Unfortunately that’s a function of Shopify.

Hope that helps.

Cheers, Simon

thanks did you get a chance to review the email i sent via support page?

Hey clarifiance,

Just sent you an email about your previous request.

Hi, bought your theme – looks great on my site and works pretty well. Quick query – can the home page carousel be squeezed down in height to about a quarter in size?

Hey clarifiance,

Thanks for purchasing the theme. It will take a little work, but it’s fairly straight forward.

In your admin panel go Themes – ”...” – Edit HTML/CSS. From there under the Assets folder locate the style.css.liquid file. Scroll down to line 433 and replace this

.carousel,
.item,
.active {
    height: 100%;
}

With

.carousel,
.item,
.active {
    height: 25%;
}

Hope that helps and thanks for purchasing the theme.

thanks it worked and looks great – size is sorted – any chance there is a simple edit to move the text to be in the middle of the new sized carousel?

Hey clarifiance,

Glad it worked out. To move the text will require a bit more CSS. You can change the value of the padding in the following. Around line 453 or the style.css.liquid file. You’ll have to play around with the value depending on the height of your content.

.carousel-description {
    display: table-cell;
    vertical-align: middle;
    padding: 15%;
}

Hope that helps.

Hey again – I’m finding that products are wrapping strange when I select 3 products on the collections page.

Hey mwurquha,

I actually reworked that section to make it a little simpler and code friendly on a previous update. You should have received and email stating that the theme had a few updates to different sections. Anyway, just in case the following is the simpler and more code friendly way of getting the clearing issue fixed.

{% if settings.product_per_row == 'col-sm-6' %}
    {% cycle 'product_per_row_clear': '', '<div class="clearfix hidden-xs" />' %}
{% elsif settings.product_per_row == 'col-sm-4'  %}
    {% cycle 'product_per_row_clear': '', '', '<div class="clearfix hidden-xs" />' %}
{% elsif settings.product_per_row == 'col-sm-3'  %}
    {% cycle 'product_per_row_clear': '', '', '', '<div class="clearfix hidden-xs" />' %}
{% elsif settings.product_per_row == 'col-sm-15'  %}
    {% cycle 'product_per_row_clear': '', '', '', '', '<div class="clearfix hidden-xs" />' %}
{% elsif settings.product_per_row == 'col-sm-2'  %}
    {% cycle 'product_per_row_clear': '', '', '', '', '', '<div class="clearfix hidden-xs" />' %}
{% endif %}

{% cycle 'product_per_row_clear_mobile': '', '<div class="clearfix visible-xs" />' %}

Hope that helps.

This edit caused only two products to show per collection….

Hey mwurquha,

This shouldn’t have had any affect on the numbers of products that are showing up. Two options…

You can try downloading the theme and again and just compare the collections.liquid files to see if you can see what’s going on.

or

If you want to make me a user account I can hop in and take a look at things for you to see if I can see what’s going on for you. (use themes@sdjentertainment.com for the email)

Can I white label this theme. Remove Everything that says “One” in it?

Hey JusBusines,

Yep, sure can. All the instances of “ONE” just use your shop name in your admin panel. The one in the footer you can either change through the snippets/footer.liquid file or just remove it completely. Totally up to you.

Thanks for checking into the theme.

Hello,

I purchased the theme. Congrats it’s great !

I have 1 question. My main images (carossel) are pretty dark, so my logo and text are white, with a black background once scrolling up.

However, on the product pages, it looks like there is no menu on top, since it’s all white on a white background.

My question is: Is there a way to have different colors for the menu for the product page and for the main index page?

thank you, Anthony

Hello, www.popmurder.com

Hey Anthony,

Thanks for sending the link… Below is a bit of custom CSS that will help you out with your problem. In the admin panel go to Themes – ”...” – Edit HTML/CSS. From there under the Assets folder select the style.css.liquid file. Scroll down to line 390 (below the following)

...
    .navbar-custom.top-nav-collapse {
        border-bottom: 1px solid {{ settings.nav_border }};
    }
}

and paste the following. You just need to fill out the “INSERT-COLOR-VALUE” with the hex or RGB values of the colors you want to use.

.not-index .navbar-custom {
    background: INSERT-COLOR-VALUE; /*    header background color    */
}
.not-index .navbar-custom a {
    color: INSERT-COLOR-VALUE; /*    logo resting state    */
}
.not-index .navbar-custom a:hover {
    color: INSERT-COLOR-VALUE;  /*    logo hover state    */
}
.not-index .navbar-custom .nav li a {
    color: INSERT-COLOR-VALUE;    /*    link color    */
}

.not-index .navbar-custom .nav li a:hover,
.not-index .navbar-custom .nav li a:focus,
.not-index .navbar-custom .nav li a.active {
    color: INSERT-COLOR-VALUE; /*    link hover color    */
}
.not-index .dropdown-menu {
    background-color: INSERT-COLOR-VALUE; /*    dropdown background color    */
    border-color: INSERT-COLOR-VALUE;    /*    dropdown border color    */
}

Hope that helps out.

That worked! Thank you! Any way I can have it as small as it usually is when scrolling up? So it’s automatically smaller on every page other than HOME?

Hey there, looking to buy, but can I put a video in the top banner instead? A vimeo or YT embed. Thanks! If i have to hand code that’s fine too if you can provide snippet.
