Since it goes away with an error, I deactivated the plugin. Could this be causing my header and footer problem?

How should this Oneclick Common be installed/activated?

One click required plugin returns a fatal wordpress error

I bought your theme 1 months ago. Then I have two errors for this theme.

Firstly, the theme version is not compatible with WordPress 6.x. That’s very bad for security. Theme does not work in this version.

Secondly, where are the preloader settings? How can I change or disable them?

I’ve bought your One Click template from Envato earlier today but having a lot of trouble with it. I’m using Wordpress 5.4.4 as it seems to be the latest you support. First of all the page is full of warnings when using PHP 7.3, luckily PHP 7.2 fixes this. There are 2 big issues I’m dealing besides this though:

- There seems to be no normal way to replace the footer of the template that says “Made with Love and Coffee in Serbia”.

- How to edit the sitewide image slideshow on top of the page? The template instructions are very unclear and seem to lack a lot of info.

i have purchased and fully installed your theme. Demo content is importet as well. Now, after some time tweaking, i have a few issues and questions left:

1.) How can i change – or even better – get rid of the “oneclick” preloading animation? There is no option for altering the Text or turn it on/off in the theme options.

2.) Is there any forum or support area you offer, where customers / developers can find already fixed issues and their solutions from you? Or is there any deeper manual or documentation than the small one in the download, which only targets a few basic things?

3.) The footer fields in the options page (For the lines in the footer: Made with Love and Coffee in Serbia etc.) do not work for Text 1 -4. Whatever you type in the fields, it is not called and printed by the php script. That is because in your footer.php the called names are wrong – the identifier needs to be written with an underline before the number. I fixed this in the child theme, but you might as well fix this for all customers in the main theme!

4.) When will support for WordPress 5.5.1 come? The Theme Options Page is not working in the most recent WP release yet.

5.) The custom css styles i write in the theme options styling field do not change the form styling of Contact Form 7, also the form from the demo content is not properly working and does not show success messages. I have set up a new form now with an additional subject field, but as i said, the styling become overwritten by the default styles in the plugin always, even with !important. Is this a problem of the loading order of the stylesheets in the theme?

Hello – three questions. I just activated the One Click theme and all required plugins including Elementor (free version). When I go to edit a page and click “Edit with Elementor”, however, nothing happens. 1) Is the pro version of Elementor required? I don’t know why else it wouldn’t work. 2) Are there other (actually free) page building plugins that work with One Click? 3) I purchased One Click because I really liked how the video option of the theme looked – I want a full screen video on our front page. Is there any way to download that specific template, then edit from there?

hello i bought the template oneclick Parallax One Page Wordpress Theme. I thought that I would get the template as shown in the demo preview without any problems. I then wanted to exchange the images and texts selectively. I’ve already tried the demo import via WordPress, but that didn’t work either. Can you please send me a detailed explanation. Hello, I bought the template and thought that I can customize it. After uploading to WordPress, the page is not available as in the preview. I have to rearrange everything myself. I don’t have the time for that and I didn’t buy this template for that. I thought the construction is already done and I just have to insert my texts and pictures. Is there a solution for this? I’ve installed the theme and imported the demo content, but on the page editor, there are no templates as listed in the documentation. Specifically, I want the Video YouTube template. The only templates listed are:

Default Template, 404 Pag, Blog No Sidebar, Blog Right Sidebar, Elementor Canvas, Elementor Full Width, Home V1, Home V2, Page Template

None of the options listed in the documentation appear! How do I fix this?!

Hi. I have uploaded the demo pages, but when I try to edit in Elementor I get the “Preview can not be loaded” error message. I have tried everything in the “How to Fix the ‘Preview Could Not Be Loaded’ Error”-video, but nothing seems to work… Can you help?

Hi, I’ve puchased your theme and imported the demo xml&content accordingly. When I try to edit any of the Home Pages the backend editor (blocks) won’t display. At the frontend the blocks won’t visualized correctly and updated accordingly. I can’t work on the theme in both ways.

After some reserach I’ve figured out that the theme isn’t compatible with latest versions of WP. So I’ve downgraded to 4.5. What really frustrating is that WPBakery uses a very old versions and for the update it needs to be charged.

Anyway my problem is I can’t make changes in a stable way. This problem has been highlighted from several customers as well. Besides it is probably my 20th Wordpress project but I’m stuck. I need immediate support to finalize my project. Please arrange a troubleshoot and make somehow the theme function as it has to be.

Embeding or inserting a short mp4 archive in the VG Video module does not work. I’d like to have a background video from vimeo URL.

In Sample page and in Blog page it shows OK.
