The video elements are not working, please assist.

I am having a problem with the one click template. I have a section with an image in it that “parallaxes” as the web page scrolls. It works fine on a desktop browser, but on tablet or mobil the image does not resize and looks like a mess of pixels.

I have attempted to fix the problem, and nothing that I can do seems to change the viewing size on smaller devices.

Can you please advise how to resolve this issue. The website can be seen at “www.redrazberry.com” and the section in question is right after the biography and before “our work” section.

We’ve purchased and setup this theme for one of our clients, but we now see that the fullscreen intro video doesn’t show up at all and the parallax backgrounds don’t resize properly (they are zoomed in so far that they are unrecognizable) on iOS devices. Is there a fix to this?

Love your theme, and am considering a purchase, but see that the theme hasn’t been updated since 2014, and the challenges like having purchasers fix bugs. Why not just update the theme?
