They have a so called style.css file but it is not working. There is no .zip file. there is nothing, my friend also downloaded it and he (being an engineer) cannot even manage.

The files are perfect Bajpai. The fact is Orango is not a Wordpress template. It's an HTML5 template and carefully reviewed by envato quality team. You should have tried to install the theme as an HTML template or requested a suppopt.
