Theme zip is within the main zip. You need to unzip the main folder first. Kindly check the video tutorials regarding upload, demos setup and other theme setup instructions from the link below

So i did unzip the main zip as you can see ( on the picture, the file name is correct ).I tried to apply the zip file what was within the main zip, and also watched the tutorial videos, which I mentioned in my first message as well.
I don’t see any issue with the code. Invite support@masstechnologist.com as admin user and we’ll upload the theme for you.

ive just downloaded the oregon theme, when trying to edit the password page, product page, collection page, collection list, blogs, cart and 404 page there are no selections to customise the page. It is either showing no selections at all or just the header and footer.
Is there a fix for this?

Hey, so I never got that email for some strange reason but alas I have followed the instructions provided. I have added you guys as a store admin and I would like to go with demo 2. (2 changes to note that I would like are that the little phone ionicon on the top right for contact be changed to the mail icon from ionicons and I would like to be able to use all the ionicons listed when I type the names in the customize, so if you guys could make that possible I would be really grateful)

Hey, I have checked and everything seems awesome. Customizing and fixing things in my end should be much easier now. The only thing I would like is to be able to use all of the ionicons from this page. When I type certain ones like “build” or “stats” or “mail” they don’t seem to function. Thank you so much!

Tags tab removed. Other than that all the other options are not present in this theme. We’ve added all those shortcode in videos so that people know how to use them in the themes it is present.
Also I would really like for the mail ionicon in my header to align with the text next to it, if you could make that happen I would be grateful as well.

Also the email ionicon is not aligned with the info@crumbkit.com email. The email remaines distorted to the top a bit.
I’ve added the summary customization code to your theme. Now you can add custom summary by using shortcode [summary] as mentioned in video. Check theme settings for other summary options.

Hey im not trying to change the ionicon, that im trying to do is align the icon with the text next to it. (info@crumbkit.com) the text isn’t the same height as the ionicon
It seems correct to me. Still if it doesn’t to you then let me guide you. The class for the text is ’.free-support p’ in stylesheet.css . For text size the property is ‘font-size’ . You can add any text size to your liking.

Regarding products you need to check your product details added, http://nimb.ws/9otpPc . It seems to have lots of inline css which is making it layout bad.

open shop by categories menu and choose for example baking , you will see the products inside not arranged n correct poistion
The reason is that your titles are too big. I’ve increased the size but try not to increase the size of your titles from more than 4 lines.
please also the theme isn’t fit with mobile specially the header section , can you handle this matter and make it more fit

Hi I’d like to know that whether you duplicated the language json file from the current theme default one i.e. ‘en.default.json’ or whether you used a different one for ‘french’.
