Is there an updated version of the Ostech theme available with compatible WooCommerce templates? If so, how can I obtain and apply the update? I’d appreciate any guidance you can provide regarding this issue. Thank you in advance for your support.

Unhappy support encounters Customizing a theme is challenging. I have generated support tickets for the past two days, but OSTECH’s third-class service has not responded.

Never Buy This Theme, Please There is an excessive amount of third-class and poor team support. When we raise tickets or request emails, we are told that we have already responded but never receive a response.

I’ve purchased your theme, but I’m having trouble adding a heading or content to a section. As a non-technical person, I’m finding it quite difficult to work with.
