Hi,

I’m having problem with client validation (required) on date range picker. Error message is causing troubles and also, it won’t go away after the date is picked. See screenshot (code is copied from the example in theme) here: http://prntscr.com/9g8ceq. I would really appreciated your help on this one. Thank you in advance.

Kind regards, Sinisa

I’m trying to implement the DataTables plugin but I can’t get it to work. I’m keep getting the follow error: ‘Error: ui-jq: The “DataTable” function does not exist’. For some reason the angular-ui-utils rule 268 is getting called twice, and I can’t seem to find why. Can you please help me with a solution?

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

Can you check if dataTables is included in the lazy loader in config.js?
            .state('app.tables', {
                    url: '/my-path',
                    template: '<div ui-view="" />'
                })
                .state('app.tables.basic', {
                    url: '/basic',
                    templateUrl: 'tpl/my_tpl.html',
                    resolve: {
                        deps: ['$ocLazyLoad', function($ocLazyLoad) {
                            return $ocLazyLoad.load([
                                    'dataTables' //<------------ here
                                ], {
                                    insertBefore: '#lazyload_placeholder'
                                })
                                .then(function() {
                                    return $ocLazyLoad.load('assets/js/controllers/myController.js');
                                });
                        }]
                    }
                })

Yes, I’ve included the dependency…

Hi there, sorry about the delay. Will you be able to provide a demo URL?

Hi – Quick note:

I just stumbled over your Pages PSD Themes @ http://www.sketchappsources.com/free-source/1649-pages-ui-web-kit-sketch-freebie-resource.html

Is this legal that this guys gives the PSD away for free?

Hi there

He got permission :) Thank you for letting me know

Hi Ace!!

I’m having an issue with NVD3 chart. I’ve copied the code you used on the demo and almost everything is working.

When I resize the window I get an error: “chart.update is not a function”

I tried to investigate, but honestly I’m not good with javascript and have no clue what to do.

Can you please help me?

You can see the error on this page:

http://app.exposure.com.br/apps/estatisticas/2024

Thanks in advance, Julio

Nevermind, I just figured out what I was doing wrong. I copied more code then needed. Everything is working fine now.

Thanks!!

Hi Ace. Here’s another request for the Githhub repo! Username farooqali.

Hello, thanks for this library it’s got a lot of great stuff in there, however I’m somewhat disappointed at the quality of the project. I’m confused as to why there wasn’t a bower.json included with the dependencies rather than a plugins folder? This is definitely not ideal and it’s been difficult to migrate this code into my project with new version updates, installing all bower plugins, etc. Would you mind providing a bower.json with the dependencies?

Also, I’m using Sass and I was confused because I saw the sass partials, but they’re unfinished…? There’s even a bad commit in the css somewhere with the git merge.. This is really unprofessional and I’m not necessarily happy about it after paying 24 bucks. If the Sass is included, is there a reason it’s unfinished, and could you please finish it or remove it so there’s no confusion. Lastly, there’s signs of inconsistency within the codebase using a combination of dashes and underscores, this isn’t really best practice to combine namespacing.

Also, the project structure was very confusing with demo, getting_started and there’s duplicate code. I was confused why there was a boilerplate folder with no code and only a Gruntfile/gulpfile?

I’m not sure if this was an alpha or what, but hopefully there’s an update on the way. The dashboards look great, but the code is super messy. Any ideas on when an update might be coming?

Thanks.

Hi there

Thank you for the descriptive feedback :)

We do have a plan to include bower components, In the next version, not the coming one. Hope it won’t be a very big problem, But since you have github access, you can get it earlier than a public release

In regard to SASS, I’m extremely sorry, SASS was discontinued and you must have got the wrong build, SASS is now fully finished and available at github

https://github.com/revoxltd/pages

“getting_started” is just a boilerplate code, we did not want to confuse none developers with that word, The other boilerplate is the boilerplate generator , to generate sailsjs, expressjs and ruby on rails boilerplates. I think I understand the confusion. :)

Also I think regarding your messy code comment is because of the unfinished SASS that was included in the build. Please do take it from github.

Hey. I don’t see how to preview the calendar by day or month ( http://pages.revox.io/dashboard/latest/html/calendar.html ). Are the source code on themeforest and the live preview updated ?

Hi there. As a convention builds are not pushed to Github. For you I have uploaded a zip with compiled files of the HTML version. Let us know if you need angular or meteor version. Full bundle is quite heavy :)

https://drive.google.com/a/revox.io/file/d/0BwTVFQvJ0PmjT2FQUFJ4OHJfV3c/view?usp=sharing

Please confirm if you were able to open it.

Yes i could open it. Thank you for your dedicated service !!! :D You made my day :-)

Hello Ace, may I know when v2.1 will be released? Regarding GitHub v2.1 milestone is completed, but I still cannot download it on Themeforest.

Hi there

You should be able to get access from github :) Are you on github ?

When will it also able for download on Themeforest? Do you have a date ?

Yes we are resubmitting to themeforest today evening :) And hopefully they take around 48 hours to approve

for the updated FRONT END templates, do they all use the same “framework”? so all the blocks between all the 19 versions can be simply moved from one to another or are there different css / js files depending on the template version?

Hi there

Sorry about the late reply, yes they can :)

cool

Add me to Github please, username: LagunimZz

Hi there,

Trying to get tables sorted but not sure exactly what js or css needs to be pulled into my rails app to get the same sorting styling you have in the table’s header. (hopefully this question makes sense)

Hi there,

We are using dataTables for that. Here are the list of plugin files you need to include:

CSS:
<link href="assets/plugins/jquery-datatable/media/css/dataTables.bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
    <link href="assets/plugins/jquery-datatable/extensions/FixedColumns/css/dataTables.fixedColumns.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
    <link href="assets/plugins/datatables-responsive/css/datatables.responsive.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" />
JS:
<script src="assets/plugins/jquery-datatable/media/js/jquery.dataTables.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script src="assets/plugins/jquery-datatable/extensions/TableTools/js/dataTables.tableTools.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script src="assets/plugins/jquery-datatable/media/js/dataTables.bootstrap.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script src="assets/plugins/jquery-datatable/extensions/Bootstrap/jquery-datatable-bootstrap.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="assets/plugins/datatables-responsive/js/datatables.responsive.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="assets/plugins/datatables-responsive/js/lodash.min.js"></script>
You can check out how we have initialized them in
<script src="assets/js/datatables.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
