Hi, the updates.txt file is on your download folder when you download the latest version. You can also read them online here: http://spiralpixelthemes.co.uk/paris/updates.txt

I have provided a few feeds but not Instagram. You could use a plugin such as: http://instafeedjs.com/. As for sleeping….. hummmmm good question, can’t answer that one!:) Please don’t forget to rate the template if you have enjoyed working with it. Jo

Hi – I am interested in this theme but am testing on IE8 and it seems like the portfolio (“Work”) section does not function in IE8 (any variation of the several work pages you offer. Is this a known issue? Is there any portfolio configuration that will work on IE8? Thanks.
Hi, this theme is tested on IE9, the portfolio section is a purchased plugin. The portfolios do work but the images aren’t sized properly.

U was looking on the clients part, I have more then in the code but when I increase it and useing the arrows to get to the next 5 pair it will skip the middle bit, were could I look for a fix that will make the slide perfect?
As this is part of a premium plugin, the arrows will skip to the last five. Using the dots links give you the scroll in order. I did notice this but it is part of the purchased plugin and I think is intentional. I will however submit a support ticket to see if there’s a work around.

also a thing I found is when I increase the amount of clients the start will not be positioned correctly. Could you tell me in what file it gives his position so I could sort this out.

noticed when increasing the amount of clients the arrow seems to be switched around, going on the back arrow will let you forward and the forward arrow will let you backwards

I’ve just tried it with 16, you need to change the special grid to special-grid4. I’m not sure about the arrows but the dots navigation works correctly. You can also create your own ‘special-grids” in dzsportfolio.css.

A easy fix for the arrows to let them work properly is to add these lines in scoller.css:

Hey there. We’re looking to buy this for our site, but were curious what happens when it’s viewed in IE8 or older? We don’t have a PC nearby we can check it on. I know it says it supports IE9+, but we’re just trying to figure out what to do for our less-sophisticated visitors.
Does it devolve nicely or just break?

IE8 should be ok, I have no idea about older versions as Bootstrap itself doesn’t support them.

Hello. in alt_index.html, the part of “latest design projects” does not work on internet explorer. it only shows loading gif but doesnt open the pictures. i tried it with opera, chrome and firefox. they all opened it but it have problem with ie. is there a way to fix it? thank you.

It’s ie 9. and I have this www tinypic com/r/zsl8cm/5 —the first box smaller than the writing. It’s same for both in demo.

on the index.html I would like a before and after slideshow… so i guess that would mean two instances of revolution slider… is this possible…...what I want to achieve is this:
http://www.protilers.comYes you could do this with the slider. You could have one pic slide in from the left and one from the right for each slide. It would be nice to then have a background image like you can see on my demo. If you need a hand I help. Instructions on the slides are in the documentation plus a link to the actual Slider Revolution demo where you can see more examples.

but it has made me notice a little problem!
the preloader stops moving when you hover over the slider whick is perfect!!.......but it also stops if you hover over plain html background (i.e not an element!).....can you help me with that?
if you hover over the white space on the index page of your demo…and look at the preloader you will see what i mean

thanks that fixed that problem….but now my background image is massive!!!......and if i reduce it in size (from 1920×1080) to 1920×550…. it stays the same size and the quality reduces!!!

I love the look of this theme and want to buy it, but first two questions:
1) I note on the Contact page, when reduced to mobile size, the map does not re-center on the marker. Can this be fixed?
2) Is there a way to use the single-image homepage, with an overlapping caption or text—or, better yet, changing (sliding) overlaid text, which can be formatted?
Hi, I have removed your last comment as it is incorrect. The Google map does indeed work on Windows it has been checked and I rechecked it again. IE8 will show errors as it can’t handle a lot of the styling such as css3. I cant checked on Opera Android, I don’t know anybody who has it or uses it. But it’s fine on iPhone and has been personally checked.
Update: checked Opera on Samsung and menu also works …
Hey there, i have got (maybe a beginner) question, I ´am trying to install the template via ftp and moved the following folders to the theme folder in wordpress: readme, psds, paris_templates. but the template wont show in the theme section of wordpress.. and gives the following error… somthing like “template paris needs a stylesheet” I tried it a couple of times with upload but it wont work?
This is a html template not Wordpress.
The map marker pin isn’t displaying in either the demo or the downloaded files. (Sup with that?)
Other than that, really happy with the theme. Money well spent.
Bit of feedback. Include some guidelines that you followed for demo pages for things like empty padding divs and stuff. Took me a bit to figure it out/get that hang of what looked right. Mind you I was building a long form page that combined a lot of the stuff you had on single pages into a new type of page. (Lot of periodic headings and section breaks.)
Also… Strangely… Parallax headers are working only on my local machine but not on my uploaded site. Page has no errors when viewed in inspector and the path to the background image is correct.
Humm, I can see the map marker on the demo? What type of guidelines would you like to see? Do you mean more comments in the html? In regards to the parallax headers not working, that seems strange, they’re ok on the demo….
Hmm maybe I deleted something by accident for the map marker. It is working in the demo. My mistake. But the parallax headers are WEIRD. Like I said. No errors. No missing image file. Works locally, but not when uploaded. I can email you the URL if need be.

Quick question: Ain’t files or codes missing? I ask this because the contact page for instance, does not scrolls to drop neither menu slides along the scrolling.
Which scripts trigger those effects?
Quick suggestion: 3rd level menu to either left or right, or both, would be a plus.

Sorry I’m not sure what you mean by ‘scrolls to drops’? The 3rd level menu does have a plus on mobile drop down. You can easily add this to desktop by copying and pasting the relevant code from the responsive menu.
