Hi,
I’ve purchased your petshop website template earlier through Envato Market (username: joshhh05) and I’ve put the files you sent straight onto a server with the only change being to the process.php file where I changed the email to address.
The contact form isn’t working and I’m unsure as to why that is, could you help me with this please? It says that the message was sent successfully, however on several occasions it hasn’t worked, I’ve checked my spam etc.

How do I decrease the speed of the slider? It goes to fast and some times it does not allow the images to load before it just slides forward.

Hi, we have repurchased support in hopes that you will be able to fix these issues. We have one outstanding support issue from a couple of weeks ago and a new one.
1. This is an ipad issue. We have added 8 menu items, but that doesn’t fit into top or doesn’t convert to list as in mobile, when we try to access it from iPad type resolution. Can you change it, so that it starts showing menu as list on iPad resolution, just like mobile resolution width.
2. Can you please answer the previous question regarding the footer issue on our blog page. YOu did sent us an email with a fix but we had replied saying that did not work.

Thank you for you msg and all the co ordination with the team. So far I understand you want to use 8 menu where it does not fit the menu and overflow when you use 8. Could you please Change the Font Size and Spacing among the menu item? I think this will help you.

The slider does not work properly. Do you currently have a solution for this? When it slides it tilts, goes back to the same word and then shows what it needs to show.

We are used ID’s for area by area, if you need to scrolling to offer area by our default menu you need to make a mneu.. and aslo put a id’s in offer area. then linked to ( href=”#area-id” ) that’s it.

Sorry for misunderstanding please use this property ( data-interval=”500” ) where the class=”carousel-inner” and set your own time like 500, 2000, 3000 as your own requirement.

Its more toward top margin. 2. Do we have other option for class=”fa fa-paw”, or any suggestion how we can add more 3. When using hyper links on class=”fa fa-paw”, its not taking to the link, but it just selects corresponding image.

Can you please help fixing this issue: 1. Header-text-Area buttons(class=”battn”) aren’t showing on iPhone or android devices 2. Header-text-Area scroll is too fast, hence not readable. If we increase the data-duration, it create too much lag. Though noticed that button is clickable on very last second of animation. 3. Maps are not being populated correctly. 1.. Header text area remove in iPhone and android for responsive purpose. if you want you need to show button you can show.. if you show button then i think you need to hide other element like ( p ). because android and iPhone devices screen is too small..
2..If you need to increase slider text duration please find the class (pogoSlider-slide-element ) in index.html and then find the property ( data-duration=”800” ) and set you preferred duration.
3.. Yes we also find a error in our maps we are sorry about that.. please use this javascript with maps api for showing map just replace previous javacript..

4..no we more class for color, but if you need to change header area button color.. you can change it by css.

I have hosted the website

when I open the website on the mobile device, I get error.
I received the following error msg: “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred,and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.”More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”
when i looked at the server log, it looks like error 500.
