how fast should we expect response from theme authors
Any plans for 2.0 support?
Hi there, I’ve just purchased and install the theme and it works fine. Somehow, I saw in the code the variable {{@blog.url}} defined certain urls (localhost: 2368); I need to find this variable in order to put my domain instead of the localhost. Have you an idea about where it could be?
Hi there,
Thanks for purchasing. Got your message and will reply there.
Cheers!
If you are experiencing trouble with this theme, try adding the following code to line #62 in the default.hbs file. For some reason jQuery doesn’t seem to be loading.
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.12.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
Hi, is there any chance for Ghost 0.7 support for this theme? It’s really awesome!
Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! It’s already Ghost 0.7 supported. We will add some features from the new Ghost version soon.
Cheers!
Thanks for confirming! In that case, I think the description here is outdated:
Software Version Ghost 0.6.x, Ghost 0.5.x, Ghost 0.4.x
It also says the last update was on 27th September 2014, exactly a year ago!
If the theme is already ready for the newest 0.7 version, you may want to update th information so that no one is afraid to purchase
Hi there,
For your information, 0.7 is not yet updated on themeforest item description list that’s why we couldn’t select it (you can check other newest themes). We have tested the theme with 0.7 and working without any issue. Although we are working to add some other features from 0.7.
Cheers!
hey. i am having lots of trouble getting this installed. Can you help? I have installed many themes before—but for some reason I can find the zip file for this.
Didn’t get your problem. Send us a message with your access so that we can have look.
Thanks
Great theme, just what I was looking for. However I also would like to request for the infinite scroll problem mentioned above by @saiko-chriskun as the behavior is a bit strange.
Thanks!
Ok I am having a problem, maybe someone can help me here.
Everything was working fine, but I edited something that made my static pages break. If you press about on my site from the menu it wants to download something. Also in my local instance it shows a blanco page on about and services.
code is here: https://github.com/WillemWijnans/willemwijnans.github.io this is my site: http://willemwijnans.github.io.
Can anyone help me. Thanks
Hi, I can’t detect any problem that you noted. You already fixed maybe? Thanks
Is this theme fully 0.5.1 compatible?
Yes it’s compatible with 0.5.x and I am going to push an update soon with more features from 0.5. Thanks
I need the infinite-scroll feature
Thanks for your suggestion. We’ll try on next version!
I like it! GLWS;
There should be more social icons available (github + app.net). Don’t know why github is available for sidebar but not up top.
Thanks for your comment. I’ll try to add more on next update. I could send you some more meantime.
If you’re at the top of the page and try to scroll up further, and you’re on a browser with elastic scrolling (e.g. chrome) the sidebar appears. It probably shouldn’t.
Nice works bro. I like the design a lot.
May I know is there any plan making for wordpress version? =D Ghost platform is little too new. Might need more time to manage and write for plugin.
I have a plan to make a WordPress version but not getting enough time. Hope to release soon.

Didn’t check that. Noticed after a few days
Super happy I made this purchase! One of the most awesome Ghost themes I’ve ever seen and PERFECT for my needs.
Any way to make the links on a page sidebar look like they do on the index page? The underlines and red coloring on hover seem a bit out of place.
Thanks so much!
Also is there any chance for a future update with fitvid.js support? Thanks again
Hi, Thanks for your comment. Phantom already supports fitvid.js. And for the page sidebar look at your page.hbs file. You’ll get the place for your Page Sidebar with the comment “{{! Page Sidebar Content // Replace with your code }}”
We are also planning to extend it on next version. Rate us 5 star if you like this.
I’m sorry if it wasn’t clear, but I am not having a problem adding my sidebar, I’m having a problem making it look like it does on the index page with white/grey color lettering and no underlines. You can take a look at what I mean at http://geor.ge/about – the links have underlines and the color changes to red when hovered over, unlike the index page.
Also, regarding fitvids.js, in previous themes I’ve used the images were fixed properly and not stretched as they do on Phantom. For example on the page http://geor.ge/photography-workflow/ the camera image is stretched lengthwise.
Is it possible to make everything scale accordingly?
Thanks so much
.post-sidebar a {
text-decoration: none;
}
And if you want to stretch all image of your post, change some rules from your screen.css (line 932)
.post-content img {
display: block;
max-width: 100%;
margin: 0 auto;
}
change “max-width: 100%” to “width: 100%”
Note that it will stretch your image to fit with the window that can looks awkward.
Let me know if you still have problem.
Thanks so much for your help.
The CSS for the sidebar worked out beautifully, however the image code did not fix the problem. My images are being stretch lengthwise as shown in the post link at http://geor.ge/photography-workflow/
They take up the full width of the page as expected, however the length is way too long and as a result, the image is distorted (stretched lengthwise).
I need the images to maintain the correct aspect ratio – I do not want them stretched one way because I don’t want them distorted. Does that make sense?
Anyway to fix this? I was told by another developer that is what fitvids.js was used for.
By default all image are center-aligned. You have to use wide image to take over the full width otherwise it will be aligned on center with 100% width. BTW, fitvid.js only used for the embedded videos.
Sorry, again my issue isn’t with the centering if the image. Simply put the image is being distorted and stretched lengthwise. The camera image on http://geor.ge/photography-workflow/ is a great example. Even though the image is taking up the full width of the page as desired, it is distorted and stretched too long and does not keep the normal proportions. I hope that makes sense.
I got your problem. I think you have placed external image with internal style (height and width). You should upload it from dashboard ( CTRL+SHIFT+I ) or if you want to link external hosted image just take off the internal style (width=”1600px” height=”1024px”) something like that.
Best way is -
{<1>}
Replace “YOUR-IMAGE-LINK” with your link on post page from your ghost dashboard. Hope that will solve your problem.
That absolutely did it! Must’ve been old code left over from my wordpress site – so sorry for the trouble and thank you so much!
Glad to hear that your problem solved. Thank you again for purchasing the theme
Awesome Looking Great
Great work.. GLWS
