Had several issues that required support and initially, Dankov was very helpful, albeit it often took either multiple requests or a week to hear from him.
However, I then had some bigger issues, including a critical one in which the main navigation menu no longer works! I didn’t receive any response in literally three months (it’s now beyond that), at which point my “support” expired and I could no longer receive help, even though I submitted the tickets (and about four follow-ups asking if there was an update) within my support period!
When Dankov DOES reply, he’s extremely helpful. But I need/ed critical help and more than three months, and now stuck with no ability for a resolution, seems radically unacceptable and unfair.
I honestly don’t even know how I try and fix the menu problem.

Hello, on a site previous webmaster used your theme Pheromone. Now we would like to update it but we have not any idea about which user had been used to download theme.
Please, let us know how can we retrive credentials or can we download updating.

Your theme (Pheromone WP Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
