Hello,
Having trouble with the google map api, the map is working and all but i cannot set a custom marker when i have more than one address. When there is one address entered the custom marker shows up, but when i do two addresses the custom marker is gone and replaced with the standard google maps red marker. I cant seem to fix it, please help.

Pillar comes with PHP which act as an email sending script. Your forms will be submitted to the mail.php file and sent using the swift mailer library. These mail scripts are the only php files that come with Pillar.

But it doesn’t work for smartphone, I don’t know why.

Normally I love your products, but Pillar is the poorest quality so far. I’ve never had so many issues with your other themes. I constantly have problems with form elements, either form fields are not showing up or there’s no spacing between form fields and it looks ridiculous. Very annoying!
There’s also something wrong with the nav-bar, it’s not possible to make it fixed. And why can’t I choose this in Variant? You sell so many of these themes, surely you must have money to do an update!
The pillar theme blows away the stack theme in regards to products shopping pages and features but its no longer being updated. Can we pay to mix pillar and slack together or combine them to have the best of both worlds? I would think slack would have naturally brought over those key features from pillar.

I am huge fan of your templates (already have bought Foundry / Pillar / Stack).
My support on Pillar already have expired but I would just need a small help for the inner-link in the nav bar in Pillar. Normally I have added the class correctly on the link and the id in the section tag.
Could you please tell me how to do?

Please ensure that page is referencing the smooth scroll plugin and that there are no javascript errors that could be causing the smooth scroll behaviour to stop.
You are right in adding the class inner-link to the link itself and using the href=”#sectionIDhere” in the link. Then just add id=”sectionIDhere” to the section.

It’s what I did but it’s not working for the links in the nav bar (it works for the buttons on the page). When I click on an item in the nav bar it goes directly to the section without smooth scrolling effect).

Please check for errors in the console of your browser to make sure that the smooth scroll plugin is working and not being stopped due to another script causing an error.

I have checked and I have no error in the console. It’s weird that it works everywhere on the site but not for the menu. I did the same thing for both as it is indicated in the documentation file.
I saw in the comments that some other users have the same issue. It would be great if you could help me on this point.

Everything is working fine apart from YouTube videos not appearing on my site. They show as a dark grey image.
This happens on Chrome and Safari.
They show on the Variant Builder preview but not on the live site. I’ve tried both ‘YouTube Bg Embed’ and ‘Cover YouTube BG’

Hello, purchased the Pillar Multipurpose HTML theme a month ago that I was going to try and convert to a WP theme. However, I just noticed that you now have an equivalent Wordpress theme. Do I need to pay separately for it or does my initial purchase qualify me for the WP version as well? If yes, how do I go about accessing the WP theme? Thank you.

Hi, For the WooCommerce Shop and Product Category pages is it possible to add custom content at the top of each page?
Or do you suggest creating separate pages where I have complete content freedom and then just set up an auto-redirect?
On your demo site it looks like you’ve done this 2nd option .. but not sure.
I found the customise shop options but that just lets me add header image and change title … I need to do more than that.

I have a problem with the masonry function in Internet Explorer 11 on win7 -> 8.1. Items are not clickable, and therefore linking doesnt’ work making it pretty unusable. I tested on your live demo as well, and the error is present there as well. You simply cant select a demo.

That doesnt fix it… As far as i know pointer-events: all; only apply to svg elements.
Odd, I confirmed this as working. And pointer events apply to all elements, not just SVG.
