Good job! Unfortunately, I can only select one option as the main reason for my rating, but I would say that Documentation, Code and Design Quality are also reasons to give Pivot and medium_rare its well deserved 5 star rating. Keep up the good work and thank you for a job well done!

Menus don't work correctly on Windows Mobile devices. The example one-page in the demo pages will demonstrate the issue. Didn't realize this until after I purchased the template.
Yes, this theme is widely acclaimed and super flexible, but the customer service was just awesome.
I had several large modifications I wanted to make to the theme and the support was outstanding. The edits were made (within minutes) and everything looks wonderful.
It'd be a huge mistake to go with anyone else!
Frankly it's not perfect, but regardless of a few rough edges, Pivot really is an EXTRAORDINARY platform for rapid implementation of static sites.
FYI, this is a powerful solution for situations requiring clean, minimalist design, yet with minimal development. Really nice work guys!

Medium Rare is one of the best design houses on Envato in my humble opinion.
I have nothing against the product's quality. I think it's a great idea, very beautiful design, very easy to use and overall one of the best products I have seen in terms of quality and design, but before purchasing there are some things people should know about:
1. It´s very difficult to know how to download your changes in html version. It sounds the most important part, right? You make some changes and you download the html docs. Except that it doesn't work like that. After purchasing the product and downloading it, you start making the changes and when they are done and you want to download them, it tells you that "Getting the Html in Demo is disabled" , so now you have to find answer and then you go to support. A good idea would be to make a step by step guide on how to use your product. Your product's page is full of information about features but nothing about how to use them.
2. Support (but this might be envato's fault) The only way to find a straight answer is to submit a ticket. But for that you have to sign in again on their (medium rare) website. A possible solution would be to allow people to contact you directly from the envato's website.
Again, this is one of the best (if not the best) products I have seen in terms of quality and a huge advance for designers as well as non designers. Very easy to use, responsive, good sense of design (space, typography...) That's what makes it harder to see it ruined by a poor execution in terms of support and usability. But again, that might not be entirely the authors fault but envato's fault.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Pivot.
1. We're a little perplexed by this review though to be honest, the documentation that comes in the download package describes how to open the buidler (by opening builder.html from the download package) where you can build pages and export as many times as you like.
2. The reason we use a centralised support system is so that customers can easily search through past responses, view our support articles which answer common questions. It would be great if Envato set up a more tightly integrated support service but unfortunately they've chosen not to at this time.
