This Variant builder is not working. I purchased this specifically to build a quick prototype to show my client tomorrow. The builder.html page doesn't work and I can't even get started. I've opened a ticket and got no response. Now I have to spend more money on another template that actually works. Smh.

Not sure what you're referring to here. It sounds like you might have been expecting a CMS theme? There are no steps to complete installation once you have the files as this is an HTML template.
