Well it might be a cache issue but its not on the client side, must be on the host. here is a video of it and today is the first time i have seen this template. each time i hit refresh in the video i also hit ctrl to make sure cache was flushed .

We are detecing mobile devices via mobilebrowser detection and then we enable mobile support. That’s why there may be some issue on desktop if you test it, but on mobile devices it should work without any problems.

Pluto is an HTML template and not WP – my guess is that you trying to install it in WordPress system.

Your reply to this issue on your forum support does not work. You should really correct the issue and have a new downloadable package for me to download and correct the issue on the template that viewers see here on themeforest as well. I posted a new reply to your comments on your forum with feedback.

Apologies, it is just on the ipad it is not right.. Mobile is fine. Looks like the responsive menu may not be activating at the correct point?

Hi,

It’s actually really simple – for parallax effect all you need to do is have 1 wide image. The whole parallax is done by template automatically. The same goes with video – all you need is a link to your video – that’s it.
