Hello, To change it, go to customize > featured title > general > background image. It will change the image for all pages. For single page, edit page with Elementor > Page Settings > Featured Title

Hello, I see the css file for icons is loaded well but the url for icons is wrong. Could you try to disable each plugin and see which plugin provoke the issue? Please don’t disable the plugins Elementor and Masterlayer Addons for Elementor. I think the issue comes from speedy cache, but not sure. Please also purge all caches too.

Hola, ¿quieres cambiar el diseño del encabezado fijo? Puedes editar el encabezado en WP Dashboard > Encabezado y editar el encabezado correspondiente. El encabezado fijo en la demostración se genera con CSS y necesitas agregar CSS para cambiar el estilo (solo puedes cambiar el color de fondo). Edita la sección superior del encabezado, agrega tu clase personalizada y usa CSS para cambiarla. Hay otra forma de personalizar el encabezado fijo con Elementor. Primero, debes eliminar la clase is-sticky en la sección superior del encabezado. Luego, crea otro encabezado para el encabezado fijo y ve a Personalizar > Opciones generales > Encabezado > Encabezado fijo y elige el nuevo encabezado que creaste. Es un poco complicado, si lo necesitas, puedes contactarnos por correo electrónico a tplabs.co@gmail.com. Te enviaremos una captura de pantalla para que puedas entenderlo más fácilmente.

Issue with Installing Pollock WordPress Theme from ThemeForest
Dear TPLabs Support Team,
I recently purchased the Pollock Creative Multipurpose WordPress theme from ThemeForest. However, I am encountering an issue during the installation process. When I try to upload the theme’s .zip file to WordPress, I receive an error message stating that the style.css file is missing, which is preventing the theme from being installed.
Here are the steps I followed:
1. I downloaded the Pollock theme .zip file from ThemeForest.
2. I uploaded this .zip file directly to WordPress.I have a screenshot of the error message for your reference, that I couldn’t attach to this comment.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Is there a specific file or folder within the .zip that I need to upload separately? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, Please ignore it! The theme activation is for automatic update that isn’t available for Envato Elements. To update, please download latest version and then update theme manually.

Hello there! I would like to ask if there is a running bug with installing the demo content. Currently there is no option in the Appearance menu, and we are receiving a message Code purchase invalid, although the theme is purchased on Envato. Can u please help?
We ran into a conflict with the latest theme update to 1.1.17 and would like to either revert to 1.1.16 for compatibility or get help with resolving this bug. The update caused our blog post layout to revert from our custom-coded designs to WordPress’s original blog template.
Hello, If I understand correctly, you added some custom codes directly in theme files to make your custom-coded designs for blog layout. In this case, if you update theme, you will lose your custom code, and revert back to older version doesn’t help, because the old version doesn’t contain your custom-code too. If you want to add custom codes in the theme, please use a plugin or add a child theme to add your code. The custom code won’t be lost when updating theme. If you didn’t add any custom code in theme files, you can contact us directly via email tplabs.co@gmail.com. Maybe we can send you the old version or try to help you. Please give us more detail what is your custom-coded designs too, so we can understand clearly.

Please ignore it, if you want to update theme, please download latest version from Envato Elements and update manually. Hi, I am having issues with the templating. I imported demo data with no issue. But when I then selected the Blog Grid from the demo data and changed the name of the page and url to to Articles, it’s no longer showing as a grid, it’s showing one post per row. Anyway to edit this?
Hi, Could you go to WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading and check if you select the “Articles” as the Posts page. If yes, could you set it to - Select - (don’t choose any page)? When you set the page here, the articles page will generate as a default articles page (show as a list). If this doesn’t solve the issue.
