I understand your concern, but I can say that our template has several features that others do not have too, not to mention that the code quality is one of our advantages – We are always adding new features to our templates and the items you mentioned are great ideas, those (with the exception of the voting button) are already in our backlog and will be available in upcoming versions, I just can’t say for sure when it’s going to be released.

Hello, I’m sorry, for the admin we didn’t include any PSD, we created most of the design elements based on the front-end template so the PSDs weren’t necessary, we may be adding PSDs in a future version. Unfortunately we do not offer custom services at this moment. Thanks for the interest anyway.
