I have a question before I buy the template. I want to buy the template because of the forms. I want to use the Form Wizard.
When you have filled in all fields and you are at the last step that you press “Finish”. A popup is being shown at the demo. But I want that it submits the form and loads another page, so no popup, but something like: <form action=”scripts.php”>
So when I press finish it should open/run scripts.php.

we really like the portlets and that you can remove the portlets by clicking the “x”. However how can we retrieve the removed portlets? Is it possible to buld a “repository” with all availabable widgets/portlets that users can pull to their dashboard?
maybe in the navigation a menu nmaed like “widgets” and where users then can activate those portlets/widgets on the dashboard

are you planning in the near future to ad such a feature. its now been three month ago :) and I assume that I am not the only one who would request that feature. I mean it clearly makes sense to undo the removal of a widget…doesnt it? and when can we expect an update? :)

Since the Porto Wordpress does not offer as many form options as this template does, I was thinking to use the forms from this template with the Porto wordpress.
Will this work? I mean, can I integrate the two and use as one wordpress solution?
Hello, the HTML/CSS is the same in Porto and Porto WP, the JS files are a little bit different, you can make it work by adding a custom HTML module and a custom JS for that specific form, I can’t see any reasons why it wouldn’t work. – Let me know if you have any questions.

Amazing template.
We are working on the Pages >> Media Gallery template (pages-media-gallery.html) and everything works fine when the entire code of the page loads the first time. However, if after initially loading the page, we update the contents of the page (thumbnails) using Ajax, the functions such as the dropdown (download, delete), as well as the magnifier icon to view the large image stop working.
The HTML code dynamically loaded via Ajax is exactly the same as the code provided in your template. We have tested by showing some thumbnails for which the code loads when the page initially loads and some thumbnails that load via Ajax. Those thumbnails that loaded when the page initially loads work perfectly. However, the thumbnails that load later via Ajax, don’t work at all. The look of the thumbnails is the same and they show the blue bar at the bottom of the thumbnail and the magnifying glass on the top-right corner. However, nothing happens when we click on them. The dropdown (download, delete) doesn’t expand and the large image doesn’t show when clicking on the magnifying glass.
The fact that the thumbnails that load when the page loads work fine and that the style of the thumbnails loaded via Ajax is correct makes us think that all JavaScript and CSS files have been properly included when the page initially loads.
Please, let me know if there is anything we need to do so that content loaded via Ajax works the same as content loaded when the page initially loads.

Hi, i have my admin site builded on asp.net. I want to this site with porto theme, and the first problem i could see is that my site have a Repeater for filling the menu and submenues dinamically and a cannot see how that is gonna work with the new theme. I also have doubts with tables and datalists. Can you help me with that? Thanks in advance!
Hello, thanks for the interest in our template, unfortunately I can’t say for sure because we are not specialized in asp.net but I’m pretty sure you can create a multi-level menu with a repeater structure (a repeater inside another). Regarding the tables, most of them use a very basic markup (only with a custom css class), and for the advanced tables, you can find several examples on how to use it on Google: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/795408/Complex-Jquery-Datatable-with-Database-State-Savin – Let me know if you have any questions.

3) In the examples file, where you run the datatables ( examples.datatables.default.js ) – use this:

i have a question. i buy tihs theme but i have problem. when i use sign-in page at PC, sign-in form fit center of the screen and has an medium width. But when i use it in tablet or mobile device it fits top of the screen and full width. how can i fix this problem.

I’m looking to use your theme for a handful of applications (and yes I’ll pay the separate fee of course…I want to support you) but I have a few pre-purchase questions…
And some of these are probably stupid but I know just enough about web development to know what I don’t know…and I don’t know the answers to these questions…
1) Can the “admin” theme be used as a control panel for my users as well?
2) The email/messaging/task functions in your demo…are they included or is this a custom job or perhaps an “add in?” I’d like to have this function for my users as well…user-to-user, user-to-admin/staff and admin/staff-to-users of course. I don’t see an “add” or “send” function for the invoice. Is this something that just has to be programmed?
3) And in addition to using the HTML5 theme, what is a very robust CMS that could be used that would allow for use of your theme “as in” along with customization? I need something scalable. In addition to the basic static pages and blog function, I want to create my own “directory” type of function and listing service such as http://www.austinhousereport.com/results/?UserID=all .

Porto Admin is a HTML template, it’s not fully functional, the theme comes with HTML/CSS/JS files that allows you to integrate with your own system and create your own solution, with server-side scripting languages such as PHP, Ruby on Rails, dotNet, etc… (That integration is responsibility of the buyer).
1) Yes, after that you can provide access to your users.
2) The email “app” can be used with an API from another service, or you could use that with a totally customized service.
3) I personally don’t like the idea of integrate it completely with a CMS, I prefer to keep it as clean as possible, using a good login system then coding the features one by one.

Could you expand on #2 for me? It seems like you have a functioning email, task, calendar and messaging function in the demo. Where is that coming from? Something you programmed?
Hello, in the preview it’s not working integrated with an API, it has only fake data (HTML) for demo purposes, to make the email app to work you need to integrate that with another system/API or create a totally customized solution. Let me know if you have any questions.
