For further clarification, if you look at the URLs in the import script they’re non-existent which appears to be the problem

We’re installing this theme currently and both the content import file or the demo import feature in the theme fail to import media. They import content, widgets etc fine, but they can’t do the media

Hello I want to report a problem that I have with the theme, I try to import the content of the demo and nothing is loaded, when I manage to import the content, the styles are not loaded, or it gives a php error, I do not understand if I am following it All the steps.

I tried to install and import the template on my local server and the error was worse.

I have tried to install the demo using the one-click method and all the media files failed.

Also, there is shortcode data showing on the home page rather than showing the actual content.

We have installed themes using given documentation tutorial, When i’m trying to edit the main home page using Visual Composer, it’s seems like the template widgets are missing, and it’s shows only short-codes i can’t find any VG (Visual components element) as per the documents tutorial.
