Hello there. I bought this theme 2 days ago but I still can’t install the plugins. I installed the theme but there is no change on the customize page. No extra plugins. Please help

I watched. I can install the theme but no plugins or features are coming. I’ve tried changing the php settings and a bunch of stuff like that. But it didn’t. I reset Cpanel. I installed Wordpress again and installed the theme again and the problem did not improve. I’ve been dealing with this nonstop for 2 days. If my problem is not fixed, I will request a refund. Can you please help?
It is not my intention to return it, of course. I love this theme but I can’t use it. If I have the opportunity to use it, I would like to use it if you help me. If not, I want to return it.
If you have issues in a few hours – you can ask support team. You do not need to wait 2 days. We will help. It can be hosting issues, it can be php versions conflict. We need to take a look

I uploaded the theme. I also installed the demo version (slider failed). But there are no extra features in the customization part. Is there an informational video on how to install the Slider issue and customization plugins?

Yes I did. I just don’t think there will be only a plugin called “Theme Options”.
I can try if there is a tutorial from start to finish. Otherwise it looks like I can’t use the plugin…

Really nice theme, just one small issue:
In some views the Team social hexagons don’t show the right image e.g. http://future.gluonnet.com/ while in over views it is all correct: e.g. http://future.gluonnet.com/staff/daniel-dobos/
looking win developer mode both ... but in the not working case, only if ‘fa-fa’ is removed from the class the correct icon is shown

Thinking about buying the theme. I’d like to know whether it’s possible to rotate the hexagons in 90º, so that they have a flat top – and not messing everything up in responsiveness.

As it will mainly be to show the projects I’ve worked on (website and custom made web apps) I’m wondering what can be done with the portfolio section ? As it is presented more for photographic content
Like, would I be able to use this part to list my projects ? And create nice visual for each one. So that I would keep the post section for futur article/blog I’m planning on writng.
I couldn’t find portfolio examples that large content in the demo.
Hello and thanks for asking. Yes, this theme is suitable for presenting your works since it includes the Portfolio section. However it’s not clear which portfolio examples you’re trying to find. Can you show us an example, so we could tell you, for sure, if you can do this with Prospect theme.
Thanjs for your reply I juste had the impression that a porteifolio item was only an image and simple text, i guess my question is, can each portefolio item content be customized like a page ? With all the elements and components i mean, so that a portefolio content can be adapted to each project and not have just an image with a explaination text.

Well, the portfolio items are a bit limited with the contnet. Saying you cannot add some content modules since they use their own grid. Visual Composer is not activated on portfolio pages as well. However you can add most part of modules there. It’s hard to guess what exactly you plan to add, so I cannot give you a certain answer to this question.
Thanks for your reply. Well as for now I can think of needing : accordions, tabs, sliders, hexagon images and hexagon steps that are on the home page. Would those be available on portfolio content ? Any chance an admin demo is available so that I could give it a look ?
Yes, those items should work fine. Unfortunately there’s no demo available so far. You can ask for a refund if you don’t like the theme afterwards.

Hi. I have a question about the speed of page loading. Live demo works for me very slow, I have to wait 15 – 20 seconds for load full page. I checked this on two different place with very good internet connection. Is this problem only with themeforest server, a lot of stuff in demo version etc? Is that plugin works good in normal situation? Can you send me some example pages where this theme is used? Thx for the answer.

Well, I’m not asking for FTP credentials… It was meant WordPress login and password. We need this to check what’s going on there, there are plenty of reasons why the button doesn’t work: plugins, speed optimization etc. We cannot get the issue sorted without taking a look in to this. I’m sorry, but it’s impossible to guess what’s going on there without even seeing your website.

The photos should be of the same size uploaded to your WordPress since the theme keeps their aspect ratio.
