No it isn’t.
How to customize the 404 page?
It is template file, so you can customize it in child theme. Copy file 404.php to child theme and customize code.
How to customize the preload?
In Backend from left panel click Settings >> LoftLoader Lite to edit preload.

Yes you can because we use Contact Form 7 for making reservation form.
