With the latest update (V3.0.9), it seems that customisation is no longer functional. When clicking on most links within the “Appearance > Customise” section, the top-level sections load, but navigating further to make specific changes doesn’t work.
Steps to Reproduce: Go to Appearance > Customise. Click on any top-level section. Attempt to access sub-sections or make changes – links do not load or respond.
As a result, it’s currently not possible to make any customisation changes.

Currently, we don’t have any plans to implement this feature. However, we appreciate your suggestion, and we will consider adding it to our roadmap.

Hello do i request a refund I have click no to disable the loader but it not work i have also removed the image for the load yet it still appears. I dont want the loader and would like a refund be I dont now want to create a ticket for something simple

We do not have any PSD file.

I purchased this a few weeks ago, and just got around to downloading and running it. I did notice some things concerning about it.
1. The WHMCS dark theme has some areas that did not translate to “dark theme” and so some text is unreadable, as the text is white text on a white background
2. There are some settings that are uneditable on the wordpress side, ie removing the telephone icon from the top menu if i am not using a phone number, unable to remove that “_targetblank” option or “open in new tab/same tab” toggle when setting the links for the menu (Referencing the Sign up and Login links here)
Also, just a question, do you plan to support a dark-like theme for the wordpress side of it? Or will the dark theme only live in the WHMCS support version?

As another comment has stated, why is it that I have just installed the theme but cannot access any of the homepages available in the demo, instead presented with some basic blog page. There should be a very clear button allowing me to apply which ever theme I want from the several layouts you are offering. Please resolve ASAP. I don’t have time to be waiting around.
