I’m trying to upload the zip file to the Shopify store. However, once the upload is complete I get the following error message:
There is 1 error: zip does not contain a valid theme: missing template “layout/theme.liquid”, missing template “templates/index.liquid”, missing template “templates/collection.liquid”, missing template “templates/product.liquid”, missing template “templates/page.liquid”, missing template “templates/cart.liquid”, and missing template “templates/blog.liquid”
Perhaps there are files missing? I have not done anything to the zip folder other than download and then attempt to upload to Shopify.

Hi You need to unzip the main folder. Theme zip is within the main folder.

I am getting lot much problem in this theme,
- First I can’t link the video on slider.
- I am unable to set different menu’s on footer like disclaimer, policy and other things.

i am very very dissapointed in the theme, i have been trying for over 6 hours to get my main slider image to show up nicely on both desktop and mobile and im just not able too… and so are other areas…. its not customizable at all! i want a refund as this is the most difficult theme i have ever worked with!

I have actually asked for a refund, as my client happens to change his header image on a daily basis and his requirement is for both desktop and mobile. So even if this issue is solved, once I’m done creating it he is going to have issues every single day due to his lack of knowledge. i have tried everything from different sizes to ratios, if it works well on desktop it will be distorted on mobile and vice versa.
It took 2 days for you to respond so my client changed to a different theme we purchased again and currently working on. www.vhossgroup.com

Hi Well you can change styling if too lengthy text. Second you just need to add the id that is the numerical part of the link only.
hello. I am trying to change the main color theme but cannot find the color code in the theme HTML.
The color i am trying to change is the dark blue/ purple. it even loads first before the rest of the page. how do i change this?

A few other issues I’ve found… would you mind also fixing and/or advising on these:
1) On the product page it says “Device” next to the variant options – can you please remove this as it isn’t relevant to the store
2) The dropdown variant option list on the product page doesn’t display when viewed on an iphone (so you cannot choose the variant)
3) When you click on the image on the product page you get the following error message “image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist” (should this show an enlarged version of the image?)
4) When you change the variant option should it display the actual variant image that is attached to that particular variant (for example: if you have 3 variants of flavours: chocolate, vanilla, unflavoured; when you change the selected variant shouldn’t it also change the image to the image that is attached to the variant in shopify admin?)
5) The other issue I’m having is with the slider product graphics resizing incorrectly and distorting. The problem occurs on my iPad when I open safari from a locked screen and view the webpage for a subsequent time. It also occurs on a desktop when you resize the screen to a smaller window then enlarge the screen size. I’ve emailed you screenshots (before and after). The product image is currently the same height and width. Does this image need have to be a particular height and width so it doesn’t get distorted?
6) On the product page the header image area loads dark blue before it loads the graphic. Where do I change this colour?
7) On the contact us page I’m seeing the following error message when trying to load the map: Sorry! Something went wrong. This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
On the cart page, how do I show a larger product image that is 100px wide and better quality than the very small thumbnail that is displayed
9) the homepage banner displays navigation arrows even though (at this stage) I only have 1 banner to show. Can you change this so it doesn’t display navigation arrows unless you have more than 1 banner to display?

Hi, The submit ticket page did not work for some reason. I have installed this Quark theme in Shopify. I have used the liquid code from the password page to create a snippet. The code is specifically being used to capture email addresses. I have created my own custom page for this as it is to be repurposed for a competition entry field.

The captcha page which it redirects displays the box with a margin of zero on top and it does not respect the nav bar above it. Please Help. Shopify have said that they have tried on their end but something in the theme is causing this not to be effective. Thank You

Hi, Documentation is attached within the theme zip. Almost everything that you see on frontend is handled by admin.

Hi! I’m trying to remove the buttons on the revolution slider on the home page. It says “leave empty in order to hide” the buttons, but when you leave it empty the button still shows as an empty oval. How do I fix this?
