I am not asking for support!!! the demo content import is not importing any content

Support for the purchase expired 2 years back and you imported already on a domain. To receive support kindly renew your support and open a support ticket after that with your site and hosting access. Support team is available from support channel only and not from comments section.

The domain I imported it has expired for about 8 months and it’s not active and will never be active! Does that mean I would pay for another license? I am not renewing support cause your demo import is not working. That’s fraudulent.

There can be Js conflict with Elementor pro or any other third party plugins you’re using. Try to deactivate one by one and see which triggers it. Could also be from live chat plugin or something else. Qube officially was launched for Elementor free plugin.

We’re providing all demos so that customers can use any of them. After importing, if you don’t need any specific demos, you can delete them.

This theme is compatible with WPMU but if you meant if you can use this theme for different domains then you need separate license for each domain.

Which hosting are you using? Make sure your upload limit is set to 32 MB or more. Google search with ””initiate_transfer_error” doesn’t return anything. Maybe ftp upload theme if this doesn’t work. This doesn’t comes form theme. You may open a support ticket with your site access and hosting access.

With a ready made page builder driven site you can’t achieve what Google asks you to do. Google doesn’t want you to use JS, Css etc so how would one achieve so much functionality for a theme. For a custom site one can achieve somewhat good score. Almost all themes include best selling themes have similar score.

thanks for the clarification. Turns out it is plesk web application firewall blocked woocommerce plugin with the theme, makes entire page inaccessible after certain time. Resolved by excluding security rule ID 220030 in plesk web application web firewall.

We don’t see you purchased the theme! Using illegal copies is a security risk for your hosting and all sites hosted in it.
