Thanks for the reply, I changed wht you mentioned but if you look on this page http://strongmoverstampa.com/newstrong/index.php/joomla you will see that the menu is not centered and is off to the left. Also in the bottom some of the module content overlaps.

This is a fantastic theme. Very professionally designed and developed. I’ve built sites for clients using Drupal and Wordpress several times, but this was the first BIG Joomla site I put together … Woo_Doo made my life A LOT easier with this theme. We tweaked the base theme a bit and played around with some of the positioning, but at the core of the site is this theme. Clean, polished, professional … my client couldn’t be happier! Hi! I have had trouble getting the theme to install as per your demo. I would like to do this and then go and customize. Currently I am partway through your documentation and putting in the correct settings. I am getting the following error….Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ….../public_html/libraries/gantry/core/gantryplatform.class.php on line 104

Would you mind helping me out as to what could be the problem? I am installing into an already installed Joomla on BlueHost. Several of the menu items and pages that you advise to be customized are not already in place. Are you recommending these menu items be created or is there an assumption that some sample pages already are in place?

I noticed another strange permissions problem with my virgin quickstart install:

Yj-Piecemaker complains from the joomla admin interface Module Manager: Module Yj Piecemaker CANOT MOVE FILES . We have tried to move few images from /var/www/joomla/modules/mod_yj_piecemaker/images/ folder for your default setup but folder is not readable or writable. Please fix the folder permissions. Thank you! Copy failed Copy failed Your default setup is done! First 2 slides have their default values loaded.

Although the module appears to be setup correctly it does not display on the home page

In general directories are set with 755 and the files within are 644 which seems secure to me.

I am developing a joomla 1.6 website with your nice template on a Turnkeylinux Joomla16 VM hosted locally on my laptop. I used FileZilla to sftp to the VM, delete all of the contents of /var/www/joomla directory and replace them with all of the contents of your 1.6/quickstart directory. Installation was easy, and I made a MySQL database using Turnkey’s Webmin before step 4, skipped ftp config, and installed sample data. Used filezilla to remove the installation directory and pow! got a great looking QuickM website!

However when I enter the admin backend and click on template manager to try and change the style and background colors of the wd_quickm_theme template I get this error: “500 – An error has occurred. Unable to use given directory. Check file permissions.” The red label “Master” is next to the wd_quickm_theme.

When I check permissions of /var/www/joomla/templates with filezilla the wd_quickm_theme permissions are the same as the other templates such as beez_20 which I can edit.

Any tips on this one?

I have been using this template for about a month now and I seem to be having problems with the Yj Piecemaker module. the first time I was having issues with it. Itwasn’t even working at all… I had paid someone on the outside to fix it and it was working… now all of a sudden it is working… but the space where the module is on the home page is staying on all my article pages, and any other page I have it link to off of the main page. without even showing the banners… i have tried shutting it on and off… shut it off to all pages and saved it.. turned it back on only the home page and saved it but it is still showing that big blank space… can you assist me?

The YJ Piecemaker module from the script won’t work with Internet Explorer. IE users need to update their flash player, but there is nothing to tell users they need to update.

To fix this, go in /modules/mod_yj_piecemaker/tmpl/default/default.php

and change the div tags to this:

Hi, hoping to purchase this theme, can you tell me when 1.7 is likely? within a week? Also, I intend to use right-to-left language as well, will I have an issue with fonts? for example Chinese or Arabic? cufon supported?
