Hi, if i try to upload the header it keeps saying:
“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”
what can i do about that?
Hi, maybe you can take a look at this tutorial to import the template kit https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038112932-How-to-use-the-Template-Kit-Import-plugin-from-Envato-to-Install-Elementor-Template-Kits so all the needed plugins can be installed automatically. Thank you
I did all that already, when I want to upload the header in the theme builder, the error will keep popping up..
This is what keeps popping up when i try to use the THEME BUILDER for the header and footer..
Sorry in advance for the problems that occurred, but honestly we have never experienced this problem before. Does the problem occur in the header only or in the entire template kit?
This can happen maybe because of a plugin conflict (deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor to check if it removes the error message and if it is the case, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit). or you can check this tutorial shorturl.at/egiqQ
