I bought this and opened it on adobe xd but it did not load with most of its assets… all assets where missing. what happened ?

I was disappointed that I bought the item, and then I downloaded the file, and then I tried to install the theme on the WordPress platform, and it didn’t work, and I think I was defrauded.
