Hi there I am unable to add images to my Repo mail template, please assist?
Hi, Thanks for the purchase! Just answered your email.
The my.gifky.com website and demo builder are both down. When will they be back up?
It’s already up
When I buy this product, will I receive the entire system in html files, or is it an online system?
Hi Renanwt, You will receive email template HTML files, additionally you get access to our online builder which can be used to create and edit layouts.
Hi I am struggling to get images to show up in the template. What do I do? I am uploading the link from google, but the images aren’t showing. What’s I can’t seem to make content edits in mailchimp. I am not code savy and don’t know how to update the template there.
Hi tmatika10,
Thanks for purchasing Repo Mail. Your custom images need to be hosted on your website or via the email marketing service provider, since you are using Mailchimp just use the layout builder to export the desired layout directly to your Mailchimp account and you can double click on the images in Mailchimp to edit them. For more information about editing the template in the layout builder please check out the “Layout builder” section in the help documentation.
Regards.

Hi
There doesnt seem to be a way to add images… how do i add images?
If i add a module, it appears on right hand side, but like, in your help manual, you talk about a section for retina images and have like a config box there to show image path, etc, but i dont have that here…
I see a gear icon on most if not all the modules but when i place my cursor over it, it disappears, using chrome.
any ideas what im doing wrong? thx
scrap that, i figured it out
my bad
Thanks for the purchase, glad you figured it out
Hey, any chance you can add a countdown timer in the template too please? Ive seen others with them.
Awesome email template builder. Can you add instagram on footer social media icons.
I noticed that going back and forth from “Layout” mode to “Edit” mode removes the copyright and unsubscribe section in the final email template:
Kindly check please:

Hi jedlovescpe2,
Thanks for purchasing Repo Mail, we have fixed the mentioned bug and should be working fine, if you don’t see it fixed just drag & drop new footer and should be working fine.
For the Instagram icon, currently there is no plan to release additional icons sub-modules since they would conflict with users saved configuration files, but its pretty easy to create new icons in the Photoshop file and upload it to your website then insert it in the footer instead of any of the current icons, just email me the color scheme you are using and I could help you with that.
Regards.
Awesome! The footer issue is resolved now! However, there’s 2 more things, if I send a test using Mailchimp, the sidebar module (right) and the Heading with button module look odd in the Outlook 2010.
1. The sidebar items are separeted like what you see in the screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/DS4eYKj7Smr
2. While on the heading module, the view on outlooks is vertically fat, with or without button: https://www.screencast.com/t/cjZgwYb1SB
I used the this html template:
https://www.alwasail.com/images/email-templates/ramadan/repo.htmlHoping you could do something with this modules.
3. Also could you give me the diamond image (unstyled) for the footer social media icon? I can make a similar instagram icon by myself. Currently, the available graphics for the diamonds are styled already like: http://static.gifky.com/templates/repo-mail/blue/images/facebook.pngHi jedlovescpe2,
Love what you have done with template, good job
just try to keep the “Greetings from Alwasail family!” content picture width at 345px so it doesn’t push the right text to go under it in Outlook.
Here are the answers to your questions:
1- For the sidebar issue Outlook uses Word rendering engine which inserts page break after each 1800 pixels, while the sidebar tr attribute has the “page-break-before: always” Outlook 2010 may ignore it, so if this point happens in the sidebar you will get such effect, the only workaround is to move the sidebar module more to the top where the page break won’t be through it, in general if you keep any sidebar layout short (like such screenshot in Outlook 2010) you won’t encounter the Outlook 2007-2010 forced line break.
2- The header background uses custom code to display on Outlook, which also include the height of the cell, just edit lines #273 & #406 from height:300px to height:160px and it should be fine in Outlook.
3- Here is the icon shape.
Regards.
Thank you very much!
Happy to help
