I see there is support for Elementor. But when I setup the theme there is no option to select or install Elementor, also after I import the demo data it imports the contents for WP Bakery page builder. How may I select Elementor and import elementor demo data?

The theme has been built with WPBakery Page Builder. So, it’s not possible to edit the demodata with Elementor but you can build new sections with Elementor from scracth.

I really like this theme and I think it might work for my client. Currently he has a live web site that deals with his residential services. I’m in the midst of creating the web site for his commercial services.
As he will now have 2 web sites for the 2 audiences that he wants to attract I need to add in a home page/landing page with a different theme (like yours for example) and then keep the residential site in the same WordPress install.
The technique I’m hoping to use for this is https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-multiple-themes/. Do you know if your theme would allow me to install it into an existing WordPress installation and then assign your site design as the home page?

You can use subdomain or WP Multisite feature so i am not sure about this plugin. Subdomain is very clean for your needs.
