Hi! I bought this product and I don’t know how to upload this site to my Wordpress. Can you help me?

Im so frustrated with this theme and support. I downloaded it from Envato Elements which this author participates in and I have had so many problems. The accent color wont change, there is an api error, and also it keeps timing out due to something wrong with the php. I really wish they would respond to my support ticket but keep trying to confirm the purchase code and when I told them I got it from envato elements and Im not sure how to send a purchase code I have heard nothing back.

Hey, we installed the Theme and got plenty problems. If we edit site with wpBackery the changes aren’t saved. The whole WP Backery Code is displayed as text above.

I purchase the Revo Studios Wordpress theme through themeforest and I am unable to upload the theme/template to my wordpresssite. Every time I attempt tp upload the template, there is an error.

On my homepage the icons for revo services and revo about with icons are not showing up. And the same thing on the about page. Not sure what to do.
