Hi, tried building dist by npm install and the build failed. I have node js 12.20.1 and python 3.6. below is log, already posted 2 tickets. Tried on another laptop with python 2.7 there also npm install failed - Cannot build. npm install—force failed . I have 12.20.1 and python 3.6 installed

We’re on the early stage of the next update, we can not give you any possible date for the next release but you can have early access of code from the repo.
We would love to help you with “sometimes the menus do not respond for seconds”. Can you please share a video with more details so we can understand.

I wanted to ask a question, but I cannot use the ticket system because even though I purchased Robust Admin, it’s not one of the choices for product in the support system. I tried using my purchase code with a “similar product” but it doesn’t work of course because Robust Admin isn’t there in the list. So apparently, there’s no support? I just purchase it in the last week.
